نيابةً عن وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، شارك نائب وزير الخارجية المهندس وليد بن عبدالكريم الخريجي، اليوم (الإثنين)، في الاجتماع الوزاري المشترك التاسع والعشرين لمجلس التعاون الخليجي والاتحاد الأوروبي، المنعقد في دولة الكويت.
وبحث الاجتماع سبل تعزيز مسيرة التعاون والتنسيق المشترك بين دول مجلس التعاون والاتحاد الأوروبي، كما ناقش القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك والجهود المبذولة بشأنها.
وتطرق الاجتماع للجهود المبذولة لتعزيز الشراكة بين دول مجلس التعاون ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي.
حضر الاجتماع رئيسة بعثة المملكة لدى الاتحاد الأوروبي السفيرة هيفاء الجديع.
On behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Walid bin Abdul Karim Al-Khuraiji, participated today (Monday) in the twenty-ninth joint ministerial meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the European Union, held in the State of Kuwait.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance the cooperation and joint coordination between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the European Union, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest and the efforts being made regarding them.
The meeting addressed the efforts to strengthen the partnership between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the European Union countries.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Kingdom's Mission to the European Union, Ambassador Haifa Al-Jadi.
