أعلنت الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض، بالشراكة مع المركز الوطني للتخصيص، وشركة القدية للاستثمار، بدء مرحلة تسجيل الشركات والكيانات الراغبة في المنافسة على تنفيذ مشروع قطار القدية السريع للمشاركة في تنفيذ «المرحلة الأولى» من المشروع، عبر نموذج الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
ويهدف المشروع إلى ربط مطار الملك سلمان الدولي، ومركز الملك عبدالله المالي (كافد)، ومدينة القدية خلال (30 دقيقة) من خلال مسار للقطار السريع يصل سرعته إلى (250 كيلومتراً في الساعة)، وسيمثل المشروع عنصراً رئيساً في منظومة النقل بمدينة الرياض، وسيسهم في تقديم تجربة تنقل حضرية ومتكاملة مع شبكة النقل العام التي تم إطلاقها مؤخراً في مدينة الرياض.
ويأتي هذا المشروع في إطار الجهود التي تقوم بها الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض، بالتنسيق مع المركز الوطني للتخصيص، وشركة القدية للاستثمار لإيجاد شراكات استراتيجية مع القطاع الخاص لتنفيذ مشروعات تطوير منظومة النقل في مدينة الرياض، وتحسين مستوى جودة الحياة لسكانها وزائريها، وتعزيز نموها الحضري المُستدام، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ودعت الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض، الشركات المتخصصة والمستثمرين المُهتمين بالمشاركة في تنفيذ مشروع «قطار القدية السريع»، إلى التقدم بطلب التسجيل عبر البريد الإلكتروني (qhsr@rcrc.gov.sa) وتقديم الطلبات خلال موعد أقصاه 12 أكتوبر 2025، بحلول الساعة 6:00 مساءً بتوقيت السعودية.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in partnership with the National Center for Privatization and Qiddiya Investment Company, has announced the start of the registration phase for companies and entities wishing to compete for the implementation of the Qiddiya High-Speed Train project to participate in the execution of the "first phase" of the project, through a public-private partnership model.
The project aims to connect King Salman International Airport, the King Abdullah Financial Center (KAFD), and the city of Qiddiya within (30 minutes) through a high-speed train route that reaches speeds of up to (250 kilometers per hour). The project will represent a key element in the transportation system of Riyadh and will contribute to providing an integrated urban mobility experience with the public transport network that has recently been launched in the city.
This project comes as part of the efforts made by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in coordination with the National Center for Privatization and Qiddiya Investment Company, to establish strategic partnerships with the private sector to implement projects that develop the transportation system in Riyadh, improve the quality of life for its residents and visitors, and enhance its sustainable urban growth, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has invited specialized companies and interested investors to participate in the implementation of the "Qiddiya High-Speed Train" project to submit their registration requests via email (qhsr@rcrc.gov.sa) and to submit applications no later than October 12, 2025, by 6:00 PM Saudi time.
