أوضح عدد من مديري المدارس لـ«عكاظ» أن خدمة تفويض الوكلاء لرصد الحضور والانصراف واعتماد طلبات الاستئذان من قبل المعلمين؛ لم تصلهم حتى الآن، رغم مطالباتهم المتكررة للدعم الفني بتمكينهم من منح وكلائهم هذه الصلاحية، بما يتيح لهم متابعة عمليات الحضور والانصراف وقبول أو رفض طلبات الاستئذان.وبينوا أن اقتصار الصلاحية على المدير فقط يسبب إرباكاً في حال غيابه لظرف طارئ، لاسيما أن التطبيق لا يعمل إلا من داخل المدرسة؛ ما يجعل الوكيل عاجزاً عن أداء المهمات في ظل غياب التفويض.وأشاروا إلى أن التطبيق يستقبل يومياً عشرات التذاكر حول أعطال وإشكالات متنوعة، من بينها شكاوى معلمين لم يتمكن التطبيق من تسجيل حضورهم، حيث يطلب منهم تحديث بياناتهم في نظام فارس أولاً.

من جهتهم، أكد عدد من المعلمين أنهم أجروا التحديث المطلوب، إلا أن التطبيق مازال يرفض تسجيل حضورهم وانصرافهم، ما يضطرهم إلى رفع تذاكر إشعار عبر المنصة لتوثيق تواجدهم وتفادياً لأي إشكالات لاحقة.وكانت وزارة التعليم أعلنت أن «حضوري» يهدف إلى التحول الرقمي الكامل في عمليات الحضور والانصراف عبر تقنيات GPS والسمات الحيوية، مع تحديد ساعات الدوام الرسمي بسبع ساعات متصلة تبدأ من السادسة والربع صباحاً حتى الواحدة والربع ظهراً.

For their part, a number of teachers confirmed that they have completed the required update, yet the application still refuses to record their attendance and departure, forcing them to submit notification tickets through the platform to document their presence and avoid any subsequent issues. The Ministry of Education announced that "My Attendance" aims for complete digital transformation in attendance and departure processes through GPS technologies and biometric features, with official working hours set at seven consecutive hours starting from 6:15 AM to 1:15 PM.
