نفّذت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم (الإثنين)، حكم القتل تعزيراً، بأربعة جناة في منطقة تبوك، وهم عبدالفتاح كمال عبدالفتاح عبدالعزيز، وأحمد زينهم محمد عمر، ورامي جمال شفيق النجار، وهشام عبدالحميد محمد التليس (مصريي الجنسية)؛ لإقدامهم على جلب وتهريب أقراص الإمفيتامين والأقراص الخاضعة لتنظيم التداول الطبي المخدرة إلى المملكة.
وتمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجناة المذكورين وأسفر التحقيق معهم عن توجيه الاتهام إليهم بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالتهم إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقهم حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليهم وقتلهم تعزيراً، وأصبح الحكم نهائيّاً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً. وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً بالجناة بمنطقة تبوك.
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على حماية أمن المواطن والمقيم من آفة المخدرات، وإيقاع أشد العقوبات المقررة نظاماً بحق مهربيها ومروجيها، لما تسببه من إزهاق للأرواح البريئة، وفساد جسيم بالنشء والفرد والمجتمع، وانتهاك لحقوقهم، وهي تحذّر في الوقت نفسه كل من يقدم على ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior executed today (Monday) the death penalty by retribution against four criminals in the Tabuk region: Abdul Fattah Kamal Abdul Fattah Abdul Aziz, Ahmed Zainham Muhammad Omar, Rami Jamal Shafiq Al-Najjar, and Hisham Abdul Hamid Muhammad Al-Taless (of Egyptian nationality); for their involvement in bringing and smuggling amphetamine pills and controlled narcotic substances into the Kingdom.
The security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned criminals, and the investigation led to charges being filed against them for committing the crime. They were referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against them and sentencing them to death by retribution. The ruling became final after being appealed and upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided legally. The death penalty was carried out against the criminals in the Tabuk region.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized the Saudi Arabian government's commitment to protecting the security of citizens and residents from the scourge of drugs and imposing the harshest penalties prescribed by law against traffickers and distributors, due to the loss of innocent lives, severe corruption of youth, individuals, and society, and violations of their rights. It also warns anyone who engages in such activities that they will face legal consequences.
