يبدأ اليوم (الأحد)، التطبيق الإلزامي للنظام الرقمي الموحد «حضوري» لإثبات حضور وانصراف منسوبي مدارس التعليم العام بالمملكة، ومنحت صلاحية منح الاستئذان بشكل كامل إلى تقدير مدير المدرسة دون التقيد بعدد معين من المرات، مع التأكيد على أن استخدام هذه الصلاحية يجب أن يتم بشكل منطقي وغير يومي.
وفي حال التحاق الموظف ببرنامج تدريبي خارج مقر عمله، يمكنه رفع طلب استئذان «دورة تدريبية» مع إرفاق ما يثبت ذلك، ليتم تسجيله في النظام دون الحاجة لإثبات حضوره في المدرسة. وفي حال نسيان تسجيل الانصراف، أتاح النظام للموظف العودة في وقت لاحق من اليوم نفسه أو في اليوم التالي لتسجيل حركة الانصراف، ومن ثم يقوم المدير بإضافة حركة الاستئذان اللازمة لتصحيح الحالة.

If an employee joins a training program outside their workplace, they can submit a leave request for a "training course" along with proof of that, so it can be recorded in the system without the need to prove their attendance at the school. In case of forgetting to record their departure, the system allows the employee to return later on the same day or the next day to register the departure movement, after which the principal will add the necessary leave movement to correct the situation.
