The Municipality of Umluj organized a workshop for the environmental health inspectors titled "Monitoring Cosmetic Products" in collaboration with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. The workshop aimed to educate the inspectors about the regulations and guidelines related to cosmetic products and to enhance their efficiency in monitoring the products available in the markets, ensuring consumer safety and protecting products from any violations that may harm public health.

The spokesperson for the Umluj Municipality, Naif Al-Barqani, explained that the workshop is part of the municipality's plans to develop and train its regulatory staff, so they can perform their duties according to the highest approved standards, emphasizing that investing in training reflects the municipality's commitment to protecting consumers and improving the quality of services provided.
