وسط هدوء حذر، توقفت عمليات القصف المتبادل بين باكستان وأفغانستان بعد ليلة طويلة من الضربات التي أسفرت عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى في الجانبين.
قصف 6 ولايات أفغانية
وتوقف القصف بشكل كامل خصوصا في المناطق الشرقية الحدودية، بين القوات الأفغانية والباكستانية، بعد أن قصف الجيش الباكستاني 6 ولايات أفغانية من بينها العاصمة كابول، الأمر الذي دعا المتحدث باسم الحكومة الأفغانية للقول إنه سيكون هناك رد مناسب.
وأعلنت الحكومة الأفغانية أن قواتها سيطرت على موقعين عسكريين بالإضافة إلى 19 نقطة على الحدود الفاصلة.
وفي باكستان، أكد شهود عيان توقف تبادل إطلاق النار مع أفغانستان بعد ليلة وصفها بالطويلة والصعبة، موضحا أن الجيش الباكستاني استخدم 3 مستويات في توجيه الضربات إلى الجانب الأفغاني.
وأعلن مصدر باكستاني استهداف 27 موقعا، وتدمير 9 مواقع منها في الجانب الأفغاني.
اشتباكات قرب معبر حدودي
وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية بوقوع اشتباكات صباح اليوم (الجمعة) قرب معبر تورخم الحدودي الرئيسي في ولاية ننغرهار الأفغانية.
وقالت إنه سُمع دوي القصف من الجانب الأفغاني ورأى أحد صحفييها المزيد من الجنود الأفغان يتوجّهون نحو الحدود، قبل أن تطلب منه قوات الأمن مغادرة المكان.
وفي حين بقي معبر تورخم مغلقا منذ أن بدأت المواجهات بين البلدين في أكتوبر، إلا أنه كان مفتوحا أمام الأفغان العائدين من باكستان.
سقوط قتلى في الجانب الأفغاني
من جانبه، أعلن المتحدث باسم الحكومة الأفغانية أن القوات الأفغانيةَ شنت هجوما على مواقع عسكرية باكستانية ردا على ما وصفته بـالاعتداءات الباكستانية المتكررة، مضيفا أن المواجهات أوقعت 8 قتلى، و11 جريحا في صفوف القوات الأفغانية. وأكدت الوزارة أن سلاح الجو نفذ غارات على مواقع عسكرية داخل باكستان بينها أهداف في مدينة فيض آباد.
وكانت وِزارة الدفاع الأفغانية قالت إن 25 جنديا باكستانيا قتلوا في عمليات عسكرية عند الحدود بين البلدين، وإن الجيش الأفغاني سيطر على موقعيْن، و19 نقطة للجيش الباكستاني. ووفق المصدر فإن الهجوم الأفغاني جاء ردا على الغارة الباكستانية الأخيرة، التي استهدفت منزلا في ولاية ننغرهار، السبت الماضي، وأدت إلى مقتل 25 مدنيا.
وتوعد المتحدث باسم الحكومة «برد قاس» على قصف القوات الباكستانية للعاصمة الأفغانية كابل.
حرب مفتوحة بين البلدين
وأكد رئيس الوزراء الباكستاني شهباز شريف، أن شعب باكستان والقوات المسلحة على أهبة الاستعداد لحماية أمن البلاد وسيادتها ووحدة أراضيها.
وقال المتحدث باسم رئيس الوزراء إن الضربات الباكستانية المضادة على أهداف في أفغانستان متواصلة، مشيرا إلى أنه تأكد مقتل 133 ممن سماهم بمقاتلي طالبان الأفغانية، وإصابة أكثر من 200 آخرين.
وأضاف أن التقديرات تشير إلى وقوع خسائر أكبر في الضربات التي استهدفت مواقع عسكرية في كابول وباكتيا وقندهار، إذ دمر 27 موقعا واستولى على 9 مواقع.
وأعلن وزير الدفاع الباكستاني خواجة آصف، عبر منصة إكس أن بلاده تخوض حربا مفتوحة وأن صبرها نفد مع أفغانستان، موضحا أن ذلك يأتي بعد أن بذلت قصارى جهدها للحفاظ على الوضع طبيعيا، بشكل مباشر من خلال الدول الصديقة، متهما حكومة أفغانستان أنها أصبحت وكيلة ومستعمَرة للهند، وفق تعبيره.
ونفى المتحدث باسم رئيس الوزراء الباكستاني، استيلاء القوات الأفغانية على أي مواقع حدودية باكستانية، كما نفى تعرض أي جندي باكستاني للقتل أو الأسر.

Shelling of 6 Afghan Provinces
The shelling has completely stopped, especially in the eastern border areas, between Afghan and Pakistani forces, after the Pakistani army shelled 6 Afghan provinces, including the capital Kabul, prompting the Afghan government spokesperson to say that there would be an appropriate response.
The Afghan government announced that its forces had taken control of two military sites in addition to 19 points along the demarcation line.
In Pakistan, eyewitnesses confirmed the cessation of gunfire exchange with Afghanistan after a night described as long and difficult, explaining that the Pakistani army used three levels in directing strikes against the Afghan side.
A Pakistani source announced the targeting of 27 sites, with 9 of them destroyed on the Afghan side.
Clashes Near a Border Crossing
French news agency reported clashes this morning (Friday) near the main Torkham border crossing in Nangarhar province, Afghanistan.
It stated that the sound of shelling was heard from the Afghan side, and one of its journalists saw more Afghan soldiers heading towards the border before being asked by security forces to leave the area.
While the Torkham crossing has remained closed since the confrontations between the two countries began in October, it has been open for Afghans returning from Pakistan.
Casualties on the Afghan Side
For its part, the Afghan government spokesperson announced that Afghan forces launched an attack on Pakistani military sites in response to what it described as repeated Pakistani assaults, adding that the confrontations resulted in 8 deaths and 11 injuries among Afghan forces. The ministry confirmed that the air force conducted raids on military sites inside Pakistan, including targets in Faizabad city.
The Afghan Ministry of Defense stated that 25 Pakistani soldiers were killed in military operations at the border between the two countries, and that the Afghan army had taken control of two sites and 19 points of the Pakistani army. According to the source, the Afghan attack was in response to the recent Pakistani raid that targeted a house in Nangarhar province last Saturday, resulting in the deaths of 25 civilians.
The government spokesperson vowed a "harsh response" to the Pakistani forces' shelling of the Afghan capital, Kabul.
An Open War Between the Two Countries
Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif confirmed that the people of Pakistan and the armed forces are on high alert to protect the country's security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
The spokesperson for the Prime Minister stated that the Pakistani counter-strikes on targets in Afghanistan are ongoing, noting that it has been confirmed that 133 individuals described as Afghan Taliban fighters were killed, with more than 200 others injured.
He added that estimates indicate greater losses in the strikes that targeted military sites in Kabul, Paktia, and Kandahar, as 27 sites were destroyed and 9 sites were seized.
Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif announced via X platform that his country is engaged in an open war and that its patience has run out with Afghanistan, explaining that this comes after it made every effort to maintain a normal situation, directly through friendly countries, accusing the Afghan government of becoming an agent and a colony of India, as he put it.
The spokesperson for the Prime Minister of Pakistan denied that Afghan forces had seized any Pakistani border sites and also denied that any Pakistani soldier had been killed or captured.
