أصدرت وزارة البلديات والإسكان أكثر من 5 آلاف رخصة لعقارات السكن الجماعي للأفراد عبر منصة «بلدي»، فيما أطلقت 4 مبادرات نوعية ضمن برنامج «مدن أجمل» لتعزيز جهود المعالجة الشاملة للتشوه البصري والارتقاء بجودة الحياة في المدن، وذلك خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025.
وأوضحت الوزارة أنها نفذت حزمة من المشاريع والبرامج التطويرية، شملت إطلاق محفظة المديونيات في 15 أمانة ورفع معدل الوعي بأهمية منصة الاعتراضات في 16 أمانة تغطي 25 خدمة، إلى جانب تقليص متوسط زمن معالجة الاعتراضات إلى 9 أيام عمل فقط مقارنة بـ30 يوما في عام 2024.
وفي جانب تحسين المشهد الحضري، تجاوزت التغطية الرقابية للتشوه البصري 90% في المدن الرئيسية بعد توسيع نطاق الرصد، مع تفعيل محرك الإسناد الذكي للجولات الرقابية في 16 أمانة عبر أكثر من 7,000 مراقب ميداني، ورصد 8 عناصر جديدة للتشوه البصري، إضافة إلى الاستفادة من مقاولين النظافة لتعزيز كفاءة المعالجات الميدانية.
وعلى صعيد تطوير الخدمات البلدية، أطلقت الوزارة 5 خدمات تأهيلية جديدة عبر منصة «بلدي أعمال»، شملت: (تأهيل المكاتب الهندسية لإصدار الرخص الإنشائية، تأهيل المكاتب الهندسية لإصدار الرخص التجارية، تأهيل المكاتب الهندسية لإصدار رخص السكن الجماعي للأفراد، تأهيل المكاتب الهندسية للإشراف على الرخص الإنشائية، تأهيل المكاتب الهندسية للإشراف على الحفريات).
كما اعتمدت الوزارة لائحة انتخابات رؤساء الحرف والمهن ونوابهم، تغطي أكثر من 130 طائفة ومهنة في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بما يعزز التمكين المعرفي والمهني في قطاع التشغيل الحضري، وحدثت دليل الشروط الصحية والفنية والسلامة اللازم توافرها في المساكن الجماعية للأفراد، بما يعزز الالتزام بالضوابط المكانية وتسهيل متطلبات الترخيص.
وأكدت وزارة البلديات والإسكان أن هذه المنجزات تأتي ضمن جهودها المستمرة لرفع كفاءة الخدمات البلدية، وتحسين بيئة الاستثمار، وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تطوير المدن وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وتعزيز جودة الحياة في جميع مناطق المملكة.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has issued more than 5,000 licenses for collective housing properties for individuals through the "Baladi" platform, while launching 4 qualitative initiatives within the "More Beautiful Cities" program to enhance comprehensive efforts to address visual distortion and improve the quality of life in cities, during the first half of 2025.
The ministry clarified that it has implemented a package of developmental projects and programs, which included launching a debt portfolio in 15 municipalities and raising awareness about the importance of the objections platform in 16 municipalities covering 25 services, in addition to reducing the average processing time for objections to just 9 working days compared to 30 days in 2024.
In terms of improving the urban landscape, the monitoring coverage of visual distortion exceeded 90% in major cities after expanding the monitoring scope, with the activation of the smart support engine for inspection tours in 16 municipalities through more than 7,000 field monitors, and the monitoring of 8 new elements of visual distortion, in addition to benefiting from cleaning contractors to enhance the efficiency of field treatments.
Regarding the development of municipal services, the ministry launched 5 new qualifying services through the "Baladi Business" platform, which included: (qualifying engineering offices to issue construction licenses, qualifying engineering offices to issue commercial licenses, qualifying engineering offices to issue collective housing licenses for individuals, qualifying engineering offices to supervise construction licenses, and qualifying engineering offices to supervise excavations).
The ministry also approved the elections list for the heads of crafts and professions and their deputies, covering more than 130 trades and professions in various regions of the Kingdom, which enhances knowledge and professional empowerment in the urban employment sector. It updated the guide for the health, technical, and safety conditions required for collective housing for individuals, which strengthens compliance with spatial regulations and facilitates licensing requirements.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing confirmed that these achievements come as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of municipal services, improve the investment environment, and achieve the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in developing cities, empowering national competencies, and enhancing the quality of life in all regions of the Kingdom.
