The Ministry of Education emphasized the assignment of teaching all subjects in general education stages to specialized teachers and the utilization of available specialties in the absence of specialists. It is required that all subjects related to disabilities be assigned to specialists, followed by available specialties within the same field, and then from the general education specialties.

The ministry confirmed in the guide for planning educational job holders the activation of distance education and the benefit from operational models of electronic education in case of teaching needs in the classroom. The assignment of teaching subjects that do not have specialists is as follows: The subject of (Earth and Space Science) in secondary school is taught by specialists in (Earth Science - Biology), subjects (Principles of Health Sciences - Health Care - Human Body Systems - Applications in Health Sciences - Innovation in Health Sciences) in secondary school are taught by specialists in (Biology - all science tracks), the subject of (Ecology) in secondary school is taught by specialists in (Biology - all science tracks - Earth Science), and the subject of (Digital Skills) in primary and intermediate stages is taught by specialists in computer science (all qualifications). The subjects (Digital Skills - Software Engineering - Internet of Things - Data Science - Artificial Intelligence - Digital Technology - Cybersecurity - Engineering Design) in secondary school are taught by specialists in computer science (all qualifications), and subjects (Science and Administrative Skills - Introduction to Business - Principles of Economics - Financial Management - Secretarial and Office Management - Event Management - Principles of Management - Marketing Campaign Planning - Financial Literacy - Accounting - Economics - Business Administration - Decision Making in Business Marketing Campaigns - Entrepreneurship Marketing) in secondary school are taught by specialists in (Management Science) or one of its branches. The subject of (Digital Citizenship) in secondary school is taught by specialists in social studies (all qualifications), and the subject of (Arts) in secondary school is taught by specialists in art education and home economics (all qualifications). The subjects (Physical Education and Self-Defense (Boys - Girls) - Fitness and Health Culture) in all educational stages are taught by specialists in physical education (all qualifications), and the subject of (Statistics) in secondary school is taught by specialists in (Mathematics - all qualifications). The subject of (Psychological and Social Studies) in secondary school is taught by specialists in psychology and sociology or those assigned to student guidance, and subjects (Principles of Law - Applications in Law) in secondary school are taught by specialists in (Islamic Studies - university qualification). The subject of Research Skills and Information Sources in secondary school is taught by specialists in (Libraries) and Arabic language (all qualifications), and the subject of (Vocational Education) in secondary school is taught by specialists in management science - libraries - social studies (all qualifications). The subject of (Life and Family Skills in all educational stages) is taught by specialists in home economics (all qualifications) - social studies (all qualifications) - psychology and sociology (all qualifications) - Islamic studies (all qualifications), and from the available specialties. The subject of (Engineering) in secondary school is taught by specialists in physics - physics track - mathematics (all qualifications), and the subject of (Critical Thinking) in intermediate and secondary stages is taught by specialists in psychology and sociology (all qualifications) - social studies (all qualifications), and from the available specialties. The graduation project in secondary school is taught as follows: Science and Engineering is taught by specialists in computer science (all qualifications), Health and Life is taught by specialists in (Biology - all science tracks), Business Administration is taught by specialists in (Management Science), and elective subjects for secondary school are coordinated with the Teacher Affairs Department to determine the fields for each school based on available specialties as follows: The subject of Administrative Skills is assigned to specialists in Management Science - Libraries, the subject of Sustainable Development is assigned to specialists in (Biology - Chemistry - Physics - Earth Science - all science tracks - sciences), the subject of Digital Design is assigned to specialists in (Computer Science - Art Education - Home Economics), and the subject of Chinese Language is assigned to specialists in (Chinese Language - Chinese Language Diploma).
