The National Unified Admission Platform (Qabul) confirmed that if new opportunities become available during the specified period at public universities and technical and vocational training colleges, and these are better than the current admission for applicants based on the previous preferences ranking, notifications will be sent to them via email and text messages.

‏It was indicated that the selection process updates automatically every 24 hours based on available vacancies, and it will be presented to the student as soon as it becomes available during the specified period, which will end next Saturday. It was noted that applicants will be given only 24 hours to confirm the new preference from the moment the notification is received.

It was explained that failing to confirm the opportunity is considered an automatic rejection, and confirming the additional opportunity automatically places the applicant on the upgrade list if higher seats become available. It was pointed out that not confirming the opportunity keeps the applicant in the previous major, and they will continue to compete for additional opportunities until the end of the stage. It was highlighted that those who were accepted into their first preference are not required to visit the university, and the university ID number will be sent via text message to the registered mobile number and through the email registered on the platform. The message will include instructions on how to access the university's academic system portal.
