دشّن الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الدكتور محمد عبدالكريم العيسى، في مقر الرابطة بمكة المكرمة، الخطة الإستراتيجية «المطورة» والحوكمة «المُحَدَّثة» للرابطة، في احتفالية رسميّة جمعَت قيادات الرابطة، وعدداً من الشخصيات الإسلامية بمكة المكرمة.
ويُراعي هذا التطوير والتحديث على الخطة الإستراتيجية والحوكمة في رابطة العالم الإسلامي، التحولات النوعية في مهمات الرابطة، لا سيما توسع البرامج الدولية ذات الصلة بتفعيل «وثيقة مكة المكرمة»، و«وثيقة بناء الجسور بين المذاهب الإسلامية».
ونوه العيسى، أنّ هذا التدشين ينصَبُّ على «التطوير» في الإستراتيجية و«التحديث» في الحوكمة بما يعزِّزُ من رؤية الرابطة ورسالتِها وأهدافِها وقِيَمها، مؤكدًا، أنّ أُسس الرابطة التي أُنشئت من أجلها، واشتمل عليها نظامها الأساسي تُمثّل مبادئ راسخة تُسَخَّر لها كافة الإمكانات والخطط «تطويرًا» و«تحديثًا».

The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Dr. Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Issa, inaugurated the "developed" strategic plan and the "updated" governance of the League at its headquarters in Mecca, in an official celebration that gathered the League's leadership and several Islamic figures in Mecca.
This development and update to the strategic plan and governance of the Muslim World League takes into account the qualitative transformations in the League's missions, especially the expansion of international programs related to activating the "Document of Mecca" and the "Document for Building Bridges Between Islamic Sects."
Al-Issa noted that this inauguration focuses on "development" in strategy and "updating" in governance, which enhances the League's vision, message, goals, and values. He emphasized that the foundations for which the League was established, as included in its charter, represent solid principles that are supported by all resources and plans for "development" and "updating."
