«سدايا» تدعو مليون مواطن ومواطنة للتسجيل في برنامج لتعليم الذكاء الاصطناعي

The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority "SDAIA," in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, has renewed its invitation for one million citizens to register for the "One Million Saudis for Artificial Intelligence - SAMAI" initiative, to learn the principles of artificial intelligence through a specialized program that equips trainees of all ages with the necessary skills to understand these advanced technologies.

The program is conducted remotely, adhering to the highest international standards, allowing those interested in registering to easily participate from anywhere in the world. It is offered free of charge and in Arabic, available to all citizens without exception. Trainees will receive a certified training certificate from "SDAIA" upon completing the training hours, and registration can be done via the following link: https://samai.futurex.sa.

This invitation coincides with the announcement by the National Center for Curricula, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and "SDAIA," to adopt an artificial intelligence curriculum at all stages of general education starting from the 2025-2026 academic year, as part of its efforts to prepare future generations and equip them with the tools of the digital age, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

This integrated movement reflects the interest of Vision 2030 in providing quality education that enhances global competitiveness while offering training and awareness programs in the fields of data science and artificial intelligence and their enabling technologies; to develop distinguished national capabilities that keep pace with developments according to the latest global methods and standards derived from strategic partnerships with public and private sectors locally and globally.

The "SAMAI" initiative serves as a supportive training arm for this national direction by enhancing the readiness of citizens to use artificial intelligence technologies and integrate them into their daily lives, given their transformative role in supporting innovation and stimulating the knowledge economy.

The training content of the initiative has been designed to serve various age groups and scientific disciplines, in partnership with global technology entities, ensuring the provision of modern and rich educational materials.

The initiative aims to raise awareness of the importance of artificial intelligence and equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to engage with this technology safely and effectively, in line with the Kingdom's direction towards building a sustainable digital economy led by national competencies.
