أعلنت الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية بدء التقديم في برنامج «قياديات القطاع الصحي 2025» بنسخته الأولى، الذي يستهدف تطوير المهارات لدى القياديات في القطاع الصحي.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن البرنامج يهدف إلى تعزيز القدرات القيادية لدى المتدربات، وتنمية المهارات التحليلية للتخطيط الإستراتيجي، واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات، إلى جانب دعم مهارات العمل الجماعي، والتواصل الفعَّال، فضلاً عن صياغة رؤى مستقبلية وتنفيذ إستراتيجيات مبتكرة، تسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المؤسسية.
ويُعد برنامج «قياديات» أحد المبادرات التي تنفذها الهيئة؛ لتمكين القيادات الصحية النسائية الوطنية، في إطار دعمها لتمكين المرأة في القطاع الصحي بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ومن المنتظر أن تنطلق أعمال البرنامج شهر أغسطس المقبل ولمدة 4 أشهر.

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties has announced the opening of applications for the "Women Leaders in the Health Sector 2025" program in its first edition, which aims to develop skills among female leaders in the health sector.
The Commission clarified that the program aims to enhance the leadership capabilities of trainees, develop analytical skills for strategic planning, and make data-driven decisions, in addition to supporting teamwork skills and effective communication, as well as formulating future visions and implementing innovative strategies that contribute to achieving institutional goals.
The "Women Leaders" program is one of the initiatives implemented by the Commission to empower national female health leaders, as part of its support for women's empowerment in the health sector in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The program is expected to commence in August for a duration of 4 months.
