رعى أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، مساء اليوم (الأربعاء)، حفل إطلاق وجهة «لازورد» بمحافظة الخُبر، بحضور وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، وأمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير، والرئيس التنفيذي لـ«NHC» محمد بن صالح البطي، وذلك ضمن أحدث المشاريع العمرانية المتكاملة التي تطورها «NHC» في المنطقة الشرقية.
وأكد أمير المنطقة الشرقية أن ما يشهده قطاع الإسكان في المملكة من نهضة متسارعة يعكس التوجهات الطموحة للدولة بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وبدعم ومتابعة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء – حفظهما الله – نحو توفير السكن الملائم لجميع فئات المجتمع، وتحقيق التنمية العمرانية المستدامة، مشيداً سموه بما تحقق من إنجازات نوعية في هذا المجال بفضل ما يحظى به القطاع من دعم لا محدود من القيادة الرشيدة، وحرصها على الارتقاء بجودة الحياة في جميع مناطق المملكة.
من جهته، أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«NHC» محمد بن صالح البطي أن وجهة «لازورد» تقع على مساحة تتجاوز 3.9 مليون متر مربع، وتضم أكثر من 8100 وحدة سكنية متنوعة من الفلل والشقق، يتم تنفيذها بالشراكة مع مطورين من القطاع الخاص، ضمن مخطط عمراني متكامل يضم مختلف الخدمات والمرافق. وأضاف أن المشروع يشمل مسطحات خضراء تفوق 778 ألف متر مربع، إلى جانب مرافق تعليمية وصحية وترفيهية متكاملة، مما يعكس التزام الشركة بتطوير بيئات سكنية مستدامة ترتقي بجودة الحياة.
وشهد أمير المنطقة الشرقية توقيع سلسلة من الاتفاقيات مع شركاء «NHC» من القطاع الخاص لتطوير مشاريع سكنية داخل الوجهة، بدأت بشركة رتال للتطوير العمراني، شركة دار وإعمار للاستثمار والتطوير العقاري، شركة ثبات المسكن العقارية، شركة العمر للاستثمار، كما شملت الاتفاقيات أيضاً شركة تمكين للاستثمار والتطوير العقاري، إضافة إلى شركة رواس للتطوير العقاري، شركة نجا للاستشارات الهندسية، شركة اليمامة للبنية التحتية.
وتتميز الوجهة بموقع إستراتيجي بالقرب من شاطئ الخليج العربي، وعلى محاور تسهّل الوصول إلى المعالم الرئيسية في الخُبر، كما يتميز مخططها بانسيابية عمرانية تتيح للسكان الوصول إلى المراكز الحيوية والخدمية في أقل من خمس دقائق سيراً على الأقدام. وتجمع التصاميم المعمارية للوجهة بين الطابع المحلي واللمسات الحديثة، مع مراعاة متطلبات الأسرة السعودية واحتياجات الحياة اليومية.
The Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, sponsored the launch ceremony of the "Lazord" destination in the city of Khobar this evening (Wednesday), in the presence of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel, the Secretary of the Eastern Province, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubair, and the CEO of "NHC," Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti. This event is part of the latest integrated urban projects developed by "NHC" in the Eastern Province.
The Prince of the Eastern Province confirmed that the rapid development witnessed in the housing sector in the Kingdom reflects the ambitious directions of the state under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and with the support and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may Allah protect them – towards providing suitable housing for all segments of society and achieving sustainable urban development. His Highness praised the qualitative achievements made in this field, thanks to the unlimited support the sector receives from the wise leadership and its commitment to enhancing the quality of life in all regions of the Kingdom.
For his part, the CEO of "NHC," Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, explained that the "Lazord" destination spans over 3.9 million square meters and includes more than 8,100 diverse residential units, including villas and apartments, being implemented in partnership with private sector developers, as part of a comprehensive urban plan that includes various services and facilities. He added that the project includes green spaces exceeding 778,000 square meters, along with integrated educational, health, and recreational facilities, reflecting the company's commitment to developing sustainable residential environments that enhance the quality of life.
The Prince of the Eastern Province witnessed the signing of a series of agreements with "NHC" partners from the private sector to develop residential projects within the destination, starting with Rital Urban Development Company, Dar and Imar Investment and Real Estate Development Company, Thabat Al-Maskan Real Estate Company, and Al-Amar Investment Company. The agreements also included Tamkeen Investment and Real Estate Development Company, in addition to Rawas Real Estate Development Company and Najah Engineering Consultancy Company, and Al-Yamamah Infrastructure Company.
The destination is distinguished by its strategic location near the Arabian Gulf beach and on routes that facilitate access to the main landmarks in Khobar. Its plan features urban fluidity that allows residents to reach vital and service centers in less than five minutes on foot. The architectural designs of the destination combine local character with modern touches, taking into account the requirements of Saudi families and the needs of daily life.
