نجحت الفرق الإسعافية التابعة لهيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي بمنطقة مكة المكرمة في إجراء عملية ولادة ميدانية ناجحة لحاجة إندونيسية داخل ساحات المسجد الحرام في مشهد إنساني يعكس جاهزية الفرق الطبية للتعامل مع مختلف الحالات الطارئة في أي وقت ومكان.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن غرفة القيادة والتحكم تلقت بلاغاً عند الساعة ٩:٢١ يفيد بوجود امرأة تعاني من آلام حادة في البطن بالساحات الجنوبية للمسجد الحرام. وعلى الفور، باشرت فرقة إسعافية الموقع، وتبيّن أن الحالة تعود لحاجة على وشك الولادة.
وبحسب البروتوكولات الطبية المعتمدة، تولّت الفرقة الإسعافية إجراء عملية الولادة بنجاح في موقع البلاغ، وتم نقل الأم والمولود فوراً إلى أقرب منشأة صحية لاستكمال الرعاية اللازمة، وهما بحالة صحية مستقرة ولله الحمد.
وتؤكد الهيئة على أهمية سرعة طلب الخدمة الإسعافية في مثل هذه الحالات الطارئة، وذلك عبر الاتصال على الرقم 997، أو من خلال تطبيق «أسعفني»، أو باستخدام خاصية نداء الاستغاثة في تطبيق «توكلنا»، الذي يسهم في تحديد الموقع بدقة عالية، ويُسرّع استجابة الفرق الإسعافية ووصولها للمكان في الوقت المناسب.
وتُجدد الهيئة التزامها بتقديم الرعاية الطبية العاجلة لضيوف الرحمن، وتتمنى للجميع الصحة والسلامة في رحلتهم الإيمانية.
The emergency teams affiliated with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Makkah region successfully conducted a field delivery for an Indonesian pilgrim inside the courtyards of the Grand Mosque in a humanitarian scene that reflects the readiness of medical teams to handle various emergency cases at any time and place.
The authority stated that the control room received a report at 9:21 AM indicating that a woman was suffering from severe abdominal pain in the southern courtyards of the Grand Mosque. Immediately, an emergency team was dispatched to the location, and it was determined that the case involved a pilgrim about to give birth.
According to the approved medical protocols, the emergency team successfully carried out the delivery at the site of the report, and both the mother and the newborn were immediately transferred to the nearest healthcare facility for further necessary care, and they are in stable health, thank God.
The authority emphasizes the importance of quickly requesting emergency services in such urgent cases by calling 997, through the "Asafni" app, or by using the emergency call feature in the "Tawakkalna" app, which helps accurately determine the location and speeds up the response of emergency teams to reach the site in a timely manner.
The authority reaffirms its commitment to providing urgent medical care to the guests of Allah and wishes everyone health and safety on their spiritual journey.
