"Bab al-Salam" is one of the most prominent historical doors of the Prophet's Mosque leading to the area of the Noble Rawdah, witnessing an increasing density of visitors throughout the day coming from various parts of the world.

The General Authority for the Care of the Prophet's Mosque, in cooperation with security, health, and volunteer agencies, is implementing well-organized operational plans that ensure smooth movement and organize pathways to achieve the highest levels of comfort and safety for visitors. The relevant authorities in crowd management are also facilitating visitors' access to the Noble Rawdah and greeting the chosen Messenger - peace be upon him - and his companions Abu Bakr al-Siddiq and Umar ibn al-Khattab - may Allah be pleased with them - in a spiritual atmosphere filled with tranquility and reassurance.

Field staff are distributed along the designated visiting route, starting from reception and crowd control points, passing through waiting areas and internal organization, all the way to the Noble Rawdah, where visitors are directed and informed about the regulations and instructions, in addition to providing guidance and translation services to assist non-Arabic speakers.

These continuous efforts are part of an integrated system that aims to preserve the sanctity of the place and achieve the highest standards of security, safety, and comfort for visitors; affirming the great care and attention that the Kingdom gives to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, including pilgrims, Umrah performers, and tourists.
