أجرت كتابة العدل الافتراضية، عبر منصة الخدمات الإلكترونية لوزارة العدل «ناجز»، في إجازة عيد الأضحى، أكثر من 22 ألف عملية توثيقية.
وشملت العمليات الوكالات والإقرارات، والحالات الاجتماعية، والعقارات، وغيرها من الخدمات، التي اختصرت الوقت والجهد على المستفيدين.
وتعزز كتابة العدل الافتراضية جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، وسهولة حصولهم على جميع الخدمات التوثيقية عن بعد.
وتعمل كتابة العدل الافتراضية عبر منهجية موحدة إلكترونية لجميع الخدمات التوثيقية، تعالج التحديات، وتعزز حوكمة جميع الإجراءات، لتمكين المستفيدين من الخدمات التوثيقية بسهولة ويسر، عبر القنوات الرقمية على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع.
ويمكن الاستفادة من خدمة كتابة العدل الافتراضية عبر منصة ناجز من خلال تسجيل الدخول بالنفاذ الوطني، ومن ثم الضغط على خدمات التوثيق بالواجهة الرئيسية للمنصة، ثم اختيار كتابة العدل الافتراضية، وتعبئة النموذج التوثيقي وإرساله؛ ليتم تدقيق النموذج من قبل فريق مختص، ومصادقة الأطراف على النموذج من خلال رمز التحقق المرسل عبر «أبشر»، وتصدر الوثائق بشكل رقمي آمن.
The virtual notary conducted more than 22,000 documentation operations during the Eid al-Adha holiday through the electronic services platform of the Ministry of Justice, "Najiz."

The virtual notary operates through a unified electronic methodology for all documentation services, addressing challenges and enhancing the governance of all procedures, enabling beneficiaries to access documentation services easily and conveniently through digital channels around the clock, seven days a week.
Beneficiaries can take advantage of the virtual notary service through the Najiz platform by logging in with their national access, then clicking on the documentation services on the main interface of the platform, selecting the virtual notary, filling out the documentation form, and submitting it; the form will then be reviewed by a specialized team, and the parties will authenticate the form through the verification code sent via "Absher," with documents issued securely in digital format.
