ضبطت الدوريات الساحلية لحرس الحدود بينبع في منطقة المدينة المنورة 3 مواطنين مخالفين لنظام البيئة؛ لارتكابهم مخالفة الشروع في الصيد دون ترخيص، وبحوزتهم بندقيتا شوزن، و77 ذخيرة حيّة، وتم تحريز المضبوطات وطُبقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم.
وشددت المديرية العامة لحرس الحدود على الالتزام بنظام البيئة ولوائحه التنفيذية التي تجرم صيد الكائنات الفطرية دون ترخيص، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة 10,000 ريال، وعقوبة استخدام بنادق الشوزن في الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة 100,000 ريال.
وأهابت في الوقت ذاته بالمبادرة بالإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، وذلك بالاتصال بالرقم (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و(999) و(996) في بقية مناطق المملكة.

The coastal patrols of the Border Guard in Yanbu, in the Medina region, apprehended 3 citizens for violating environmental regulations by attempting to fish without a license. They were found in possession of two shotguns and 77 live rounds. The seized items were confiscated, and legal procedures were applied against them.
The General Directorate of Border Guard emphasized the importance of adhering to environmental laws and their executive regulations, which criminalize the hunting of wildlife without a license. It confirmed that the penalty for fishing without a license is a fine of 10,000 riyals, and the penalty for using shotguns for hunting without a license is a fine of 100,000 riyals.
At the same time, it urged the public to report any cases that represent a violation of the environment or wildlife by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
