أعلنت وزارة العدل اكتمال جاهزيتها لمباشرة كوادرها المؤهلة خدمة الحجاج في المشاعر المقدسة باستخدام تقنيات عالية بما يختصر الوقت والجهد، ويسهم في إنجاز قضايا ضيوف الرحمن وعملياتهم التوثيقية بكفاءة وسرعة.
وأكدت الوزارة تجهيز 18 دائرة قضائية للنظر في القضايا الناشئة داخل حدود حرم مكة المكرمة ومشعري منى وعرفة، إلى جانب 5 كتابات عدل متنقلة لتلبية الاحتياجات التوثيقية لضيوف الرحمن.
وأكدت الوزارة جاهزية الدوائر القضائية، وتأتي الخطوة في سياق التكامل مع الجهات الحكومية لتقديم خدمات قضائية وتوثيقية متكاملة لاحتياجات ضيوف الرحمن خلال موسم الحج.
وأشارت وزارة العدل إلى أن الحجاج يمكنهم أيضاً الاستفادة من أكثر من 160 خدمة إلكترونية عبر منصة ناجز.
يشار إلى أن كتابات العدل المتنقلة ستقدم خدمات التوثيق للحجاج، ولمنسوبي القطاعات الأمنية والصحية، وغيرهم ممن يتواجدون ضمن نطاق الحرم المكي والمشاعر المقدسة.

The Ministry of Justice has announced its readiness to deploy its qualified staff to serve pilgrims in the holy sites using advanced technologies that save time and effort, contributing to the efficient and swift resolution of the issues and documentation processes of the guests of Allah.
The ministry confirmed the preparation of 18 judicial circuits to address cases arising within the boundaries of the Holy Mosque in Mecca and the sites of Mina and Arafat, in addition to 5 mobile notary offices to meet the documentation needs of the guests of Allah.
The ministry affirmed the readiness of the judicial circuits, and this step comes as part of the integration with government agencies to provide comprehensive judicial and documentation services to meet the needs of the guests of Allah during the Hajj season.
The Ministry of Justice pointed out that pilgrims can also benefit from more than 160 electronic services through the Najiz platform.
It is worth noting that the mobile notary offices will provide documentation services for pilgrims, as well as for personnel from security and health sectors, and others who are present within the scope of the Holy Mosque and the holy sites.
