اختُتمت فعاليات ملتقى التوعية بالأمن السيبراني «لا تفتح لهم باب» والمعرض المصاحب في محطته الثامنة، والذي استضافته الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان بمركز الأمير سلطان الحضاري، برعاية مساعد وزير التعليم للتطوير والتحول المهندس مرهف بن محمد المدني، وحضور المدير العام للتعليم بالمنطقة ملهي بن حسن عقدي.
وأكد مساعد وزير التعليم للتطوير والتحول خلال الملتقى أن الأمن السيبراني أصبح ضرورة لجميع المؤسسات والجهات الحكومية لضمان حماية البنية الرقمية واستمرارية الأعمال بكفاءة وأمان، مشيراً إلى أن وزارة التعليم وبتوجيه من وزير التعليم تولي هذا الجانب اهتماماً كبيراً لتعزيز الوعي وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات الآمنة داخل المجتمع التعليمي.
وبين أن الحملة تُعد امتداداً لجهود الوزارة في تعزيز الحماية الرقمية، وتُنفذ بالشراكة بين الإدارة العامة للأمن السيبراني بوزارة التعليم وإدارات التعليم العامة في مختلف المناطق، لنشر ثقافة الوعي والتصدي للتهديدات السيبرانية.
من جانبه أكد المدير العام للتعليم بالمنطقة ملهي عقدي أن البيانات والمعلومات الحكومية تُعد ثروة وطنية تستوجب الحماية، وهو ما تحرص عليه القيادة الرشيدة -أيدها الله- عبر خطط إستراتيجية تنفذها وزارة التعليم لتحصين البيئات التعليمية ووسائطها الرقمية.
وشهد الملتقى والمعرض المصاحب له خلال يوميه حضور أكثر من 2700 من منسوبي ومنسوبات التعليم وطلاب وطالبات المدارس وأولياء الأمور وأفراد المجتمع، إلى جانب عدد من المهتمين والمختصين الذين تفاعلوا مع البرامج المقدمة والأنشطة التفاعلية التي تحاكي الهجمات السيبرانية، إضافة إلى ورش عمل وجلسات إرشادية ومسابقات وألعاب تعليمية تهدف إلى ترسيخ مفاهيم الأمن السيبراني في المجتمع التعليمي، وتمكين الأفراد من التعرف على المخاطر السيبرانية والتصدي لها بفعالية.
واختُتم الملتقى بورشة توعوية للأمن السيبراني قدمها الدكتور عبدالله البليهي استعرض فيها أبرز الممارسات الخاطئة في الأمن السيبراني بقطاع التعليم وطرق الوقاية منها.
The activities of the Cybersecurity Awareness Forum "Don't Open the Door for Them" and its accompanying exhibition concluded in its eighth edition, hosted by the General Administration of Education in the Jazan region at the Prince Sultan Cultural Center, under the patronage of the Assistant Minister of Education for Development and Transformation, Engineer Marhaf bin Mohammed Al-Madani, and in the presence of the General Director of Education in the region, Malhi bin Hassan Aqdi.
The Assistant Minister of Education for Development and Transformation emphasized during the forum that cybersecurity has become a necessity for all institutions and government entities to ensure the protection of the digital infrastructure and the continuity of operations efficiently and securely. He pointed out that the Ministry of Education, under the guidance of the Minister of Education, is giving significant attention to this aspect to enhance awareness and implement best safe practices within the educational community.
He indicated that the campaign is an extension of the ministry's efforts to enhance digital protection and is being implemented in partnership between the General Administration of Cybersecurity at the Ministry of Education and the general education administrations in various regions, to spread a culture of awareness and counter cyber threats.
For his part, the General Director of Education in the region, Malhi Aqdi, confirmed that government data and information are considered a national treasure that requires protection, which the wise leadership - may God support it - is keen on through strategic plans implemented by the Ministry of Education to fortify educational environments and their digital mediums.
The forum and its accompanying exhibition witnessed the attendance of more than 2,700 educational staff, students, parents, and community members over its two days, along with a number of interested individuals and specialists who interacted with the presented programs and interactive activities simulating cyber attacks, in addition to workshops, guidance sessions, competitions, and educational games aimed at instilling cybersecurity concepts in the educational community and empowering individuals to recognize and effectively counter cyber risks.
The forum concluded with a cybersecurity awareness workshop presented by Dr. Abdullah Al-Bulahi, in which he reviewed the most prominent mistakes in cybersecurity within the education sector and ways to prevent them.
