أكد وكيل وزارة الموارد لتنمية المجتمع أحمد الماجد أن المملكة انطلاقاً من رؤية 2030، دفعت بمؤسسات هذا القطاع والمنظمات العاملة به لتحقيق الفائدة والعدالة الاجتماعية لجميع أفراد المجتمع، عبر إطلاق مبادرات وطنية وخطط إستراتيجية وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية وبما يتناسب مع حاجاتها المحلية.
وقال الماجد على هامش الجلسات الحوارية في المعرض الدولي للقطاع غير الربحي «إينا25»، المقام في العاصمة الرياض: «تستهدف المملكة رفع مساهمة القطاع غير الربحي في الناتج المحلي إلى 5% والوصول إلى مليون متطوع بحلول 2030».
وأوضح أن حُزم الأعمال شملت إطلاق المنصة الوطنية للتبرعات «تبرع» لبناء نموذج وطني تتجلى به أسمى معاني التكافل الاجتماعي من خلال العطاء والبذل في الخير، وإيجاد وسيلة آمنة وشفافة لإيصال التبرعات لمحتاجيها تحت مظلة وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، إذ بلغ إجمالي التبرعات المقدمة للأفراد والجهات أكثر من 1.4 مليار ريال.
وأفاد أنه من منطلق تعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية للأفراد، أطلقت المنصة الوطنية للتطوع، وهي منصة رقمية تقوم بالربط بين المتطوعين، وتمكن القطاع غير الربحي من تصميم وطرح الفرص التطوعية، إذ بلغ إجمالي المتطوعين بنهاية عام 2024 أكثر من 1.2 مليون متطوع، محققةً بذلك مستهدف رؤية المملكة 2030 قبل الموعد بـ6 سنوات.
وبيّن أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية تشكّل للشركات إحدى الركائز الأساسية والوطنية في عملية التنمية الاجتماعية، وذلك نظراً لما تملكه شركات القطاع الخاص من موارد وخبرات تجعله شريكاً أساسياً لدعم القطاع غير الربحي ومنظماته، إذ قامت المملكة بالعمل على توجيه المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات للإسهام في تلبية الحاجات والأولويات التنموية من خلال تفعيل شراكات نوعية وتقديم محفزات وإطلاق المنصة الوطنية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتجاوز مساهمة القطاع الخاص في تمويل البرامج والمبادرات التنموية قيمة 3.5 مليار ريال بنهاية 2024.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Resources for Community Development, Ahmed Al-Majed, confirmed that the Kingdom, based on Vision 2030, has pushed institutions in this sector and the organizations operating within it to achieve benefit and social justice for all members of society, through the launch of national initiatives and strategic plans in accordance with the best global practices and in line with its local needs.
Al-Majed stated on the sidelines of the dialogue sessions at the International Non-Profit Sector Exhibition "INA25," held in the capital Riyadh: "The Kingdom aims to raise the contribution of the non-profit sector to 5% of the GDP and to reach one million volunteers by 2030."
He explained that the packages of initiatives included the launch of the national donation platform "Tebar' " to build a national model that embodies the highest meanings of social solidarity through giving and charity, and to create a safe and transparent means of delivering donations to those in need under the umbrella of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, with the total donations provided to individuals and entities exceeding 1.4 billion riyals.
He noted that in order to enhance community participation for individuals, the national volunteering platform was launched, which is a digital platform that connects volunteers and enables the non-profit sector to design and offer volunteer opportunities. By the end of 2024, the total number of volunteers is expected to exceed 1.2 million, thus achieving the target of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 six years ahead of schedule.
He indicated that social responsibility represents one of the fundamental and national pillars for companies in the process of social development, given the resources and expertise that private sector companies possess, making them a key partner in supporting the non-profit sector and its organizations. The Kingdom has worked to direct corporate social responsibility to contribute to meeting developmental needs and priorities by activating qualitative partnerships, providing incentives, and launching the national platform for social responsibility, with the private sector's contribution to funding developmental programs and initiatives exceeding 3.5 billion riyals by the end of 2024.
