أجرى وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، اتصالاً هاتفياً بنائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين في الأردن أيمن الصفدي.
وأعرب الأمير فيصل بن فرحان في مستهل الاتصال عن إدانة السعودية واستنكارها بأشد العبارات للعمل الإرهابي الجبان الذي استهدف كنيسة في محافظة الكرك بالأردن، وأسفر عن وفاة وإصابة عدد من الأبرياء، مقدماً خالص التعازي لذوي الضحايا ولحكومة وشعب الأردن الشقيق.
كما بحث الوزيران مستجدات الأوضاع الإقليمية، والجهود المبذولة لتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.
Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah made a phone call to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan, Ayman Safadi.
At the beginning of the call, Prince Faisal bin Farhan expressed Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the cowardly terrorist act that targeted a church in Karak Governorate in Jordan, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of innocents, offering his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of brotherly Jordan.
The two ministers also discussed the latest developments in the regional situation and the efforts being made to enhance security and stability in the region.
