تشهد الدورة الثامنة والعشرون من المسابقة المحلية على جائزة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز لحفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته وتفسيره للبنين والبنات، نقلة تطويرية نوعية تعكس ما توليه القيادة الرشيدة من عناية بكتاب الله وأهله، وترسّخ مكانة المسابقة بوصفها إحدى أهم المنصات الوطنية في تشجيع أبناء وبنات المملكة على حفظ القرآن الكريم وإتقانه وتدبره.
وجاءت أبرز ملامح التطوير في هذه الدورة عبر الارتقاء بالفرع الأول ليشمل حفظ القرآن الكريم كاملًا مع القراءات العشر المتواترة من طريقي الشاطبية والدرة، روايةً ودرايةً، بعد أن كان مقتصرًا على القراءات السبع، في خطوة علمية تعزز مستوى التنافس وترفع من القيمة المعرفية للمسابقة، وتدفع المتسابقين إلى التعمق في علوم القراءات وضبط أوجه الأداء وفق منهج علمي رصين.
كما توسعت دائرة التكريم بزيادة عدد الفائزين والفائزات في الفرعين الأول والثاني من ثلاثة مراكز إلى خمسة مراكز للبنين والبنات، بما يمنح مساحة أوسع للمتميزين ويحفز المشاركين على بذل مزيد من الجهد في حفظ كتاب الله وإتقان تلاوته.
وفي جانب الجوائز، رُفع إجمالي قيمتها من سبعة ملايين ريال إلى تسعة ملايين ريال، بزيادة قدرها مليونا ريال؛ تأكيدًا على الدعم الكبير الذي تحظى به المسابقة، وحرص المملكة على تشجيع حفظة القرآن الكريم وتحفيزهم على مواصلة التميُّز في مختلف فروع المسابقة.
ويمثل تطوير الفرع الأول ليشمل القراءات العشر إضافة علمية بارزة، لما تحمله القراءات من ثراء معرفي وارتباط وثيق بصحة التلقي والأداء، وما تسهم به من ترسيخ هذا الإرث القرآني ونقله إلى الأجيال بمنهجية دقيقة تحفظ أصالة العلم وامتداده.
وتعكس هذه التطويرات المتتابعة ما تحظى به المسابقة من دعم ورعاية كريمة من القيادة الرشيدة -أيدها الله- بما يعزز رسالتها في خدمة كتاب الله، ويؤكد استمرار المملكة في نهجها الدائم للعناية بالقرآن الكريم وأهله، وتشجيع الناشئة على حفظه وتدبر معانيه.
The twenty-eighth edition of the local competition for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Award for the Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Quran for boys and girls witnesses a qualitative developmental leap that reflects the care the wise leadership gives to the Book of God and its people, and solidifies the status of the competition as one of the most important national platforms in encouraging the sons and daughters of the Kingdom to memorize, master, and contemplate the Holy Quran.
The most prominent features of development in this edition came through the elevation of the first category to include the complete memorization of the Holy Quran along with the ten widely accepted readings from the paths of Al-Shatibi and Al-Durra, both in narration and understanding, after it was limited to the seven readings. This scientific step enhances the level of competition, raises the intellectual value of the competition, and encourages contestants to delve deeper into the sciences of readings and to master the aspects of performance according to a solid scientific methodology.
The scope of honoring has also expanded by increasing the number of winners in the first and second categories from three positions to five positions for both boys and girls, providing a wider space for the distinguished and motivating participants to exert more effort in memorizing the Book of God and mastering its recitation.
In terms of prizes, the total value has been raised from seven million riyals to nine million riyals, an increase of two million riyals; affirming the significant support that the competition receives and the Kingdom's commitment to encouraging the memorizers of the Holy Quran and motivating them to continue excelling in various branches of the competition.
The development of the first category to include the ten readings represents a prominent scientific addition, given the wealth of knowledge that readings carry and their close connection to the accuracy of reception and performance, as well as their contribution to solidifying this Quranic heritage and passing it on to future generations through a precise methodology that preserves the authenticity of knowledge and its continuity.
