أشرف الرئيس التنفيذي لتجمع حائل الصحي المهندس حاتم بن محمد الرشدان، اليوم، على سير عملية انتقال الدفعة الثانية من منسوبي فرع وزارة الصحة بمنطقة حائل إلى تجمع حائل الصحي، ضمن استكمال تنفيذ مسار التحول في القطاع الصحي.
ويأتي انتقال منسوبي فرع الوزارة بالمنطقة إلى التجمع الصحي تحقيقًا لمستهدفات برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي في رؤية المملكة 2030، الهادف إلى بناء منظومة صحية متكاملة وكفؤة، ترتكز على تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية، ورفع جودة الخدمات، وتعزيز كفاءة التشغيل المؤسسي.
وبدأ تجمع حائل الصحي في إرسال طلبات الانتقال للدفعة الثانية من الموظفين، على أن يتمكن المستهدفون من قبول أو رفض الطلبات خلال عشرة أيام، تبدأ من الخميس 25 يونيو 2026 وتنتهي بنهاية دوام الأحد 5 يوليو 2026، عبر القنوات المعتمدة، بما يضمن انتقالًا منظمًا يحفظ حقوق الموظفين ويعزز استقرارهم الوظيفي.
ويمثل إطلاق الدفعة الثانية امتدادًا للمرحلة الأولى التي شهدت انتقال أكثر من 62 ألف موظف وموظفة من الكوادر الصحية والإدارية على مستوى المملكة، وحققت نسبة قبول بلغت 99.9%، في مؤشر يعكس الثقة بنموذج التجمعات الصحية ومسار التحول المؤسسي.
وأكد المهندس حاتم الرشدان أن انتقال الكوادر إلى تجمع حائل الصحي يُعد خطوة محورية في استكمال رحلة التحول، وتعزيز جاهزية المنظومة، ورفع مستوى التكامل بين مكونات الخدمة الصحية، بما ينعكس على جودة الرعاية المقدمة للمستفيدين في المنطقة.
وأضاف أن التجمع يواصل تنفيذ مسار الانتقال وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة، بما يحفظ حقوق منسوبي فرع الوزارة، ويدعم استقرارهم الوظيفي، ويعزز حضور الكفاءات الوطنية في نموذج الرعاية الصحية الحديث.
The CEO of the Hail Health Cluster, Engineer Hatem bin Mohammed Al-Rushdan, today supervised the process of transferring the second batch of employees from the Ministry of Health branch in the Hail region to the Hail Health Cluster, as part of the ongoing implementation of the transformation pathway in the health sector.
The transfer of the ministry's employees in the region to the health cluster comes in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program within the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to build an integrated and efficient health system, focusing on empowering national competencies, improving service quality, and enhancing institutional operational efficiency.
The Hail Health Cluster has begun sending transfer requests for the second batch of employees, allowing the targeted individuals to accept or reject the requests within ten days, starting from Thursday, June 25, 2026, and ending at the close of business on Sunday, July 5, 2026, through the approved channels, ensuring an organized transfer that preserves employees' rights and enhances their job stability.
The launch of the second batch extends the first phase, which saw the transfer of more than 62,000 male and female employees from health and administrative staff across the Kingdom, achieving an acceptance rate of 99.9%, reflecting confidence in the model of health clusters and the institutional transformation pathway.
Engineer Hatem Al-Rushdan confirmed that the transfer of staff to the Hail Health Cluster is a pivotal step in completing the transformation journey, enhancing the system's readiness, and increasing the level of integration among the components of health service, which positively impacts the quality of care provided to beneficiaries in the region.
He added that the cluster continues to implement the transfer pathway according to the approved procedures, preserving the rights of the ministry's employees, supporting their job stability, and enhancing the presence of national competencies in the modern healthcare model.
