أوضحت وكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية أن خدمة تعديل بيانات شهادة الميلاد إلكترونيًا عبر منصة (أبشر)، تتطلب إرفاق المستندات التي تثبت صحة التعديل المطلوب.
وبيّنت أنه يمكن تعديل أو تصحيح تاريخ الميلاد، أو دولة الميلاد، أو مدينة الميلاد، أو وقت الميلاد، كما يمكن تعديل أكثر من بيان في الطلب نفسه، وفق الضوابط والإجراءات المعتمدة.
وأشارت إلى أن اعتماد التعديل يؤثر في الوثائق الرسمية المرتبطة بالبيانات المعدلة؛ ومنها بطاقة الهوية الوطنية، وشهادة الميلاد، وسجل الأسرة، مؤكدةً ضرورة تحديث هذه الوثائق بعد اكتمال إجراءات التعديل.
The Ministry of Interior's Civil Affairs Agency has clarified that the service for electronically modifying birth certificate data via the (Absher) platform requires attaching documents that prove the validity of the requested modification.
It indicated that the date of birth, country of birth, city of birth, or time of birth can be modified or corrected, and multiple entries can be amended in the same application, according to the approved regulations and procedures.
It also pointed out that the approval of the modification affects the official documents linked to the modified data, including the national identity card, birth certificate, and family register, emphasizing the necessity of updating these documents after the modification procedures are completed.
