في تطور جديد لفاجعة حي النرجس بمنطقه التجمع الخامس في القاهرة الجديدة، أمرت النيابة العامة المصرية بإحالة متهم إلى المحاكمة الجنائية العاجلة، على خلفية اتهامه بقتل أسرة مكونة من أربعة أشخاص في القاهرة الجديدة، بينهم رجل وزوجته وطفلتاهما، بعد تحقيقات استمرت 48 ساعة، كشفت تفاصيل الجريمة وملابسات ارتكابها، مدعومة باعترافات المتهم وتحريات الشرطة وتفريغ كاميرات المراقبة وتقارير فنية وطب شرعي.
وبحسب بيان النيابة العامة، اليوم (الأربعاء) بدأت الواقعة عقب تلقيها إخطاراً بالعثور على جثامين أربعة أشخاص من أسرة واحدة بدائرة القاهرة الجديدة، كانوا قد أُبلغ عن تغيبهم، وتبين مقتلهم إثر إصابتهم بأعيرة نارية.
وعلى الفور، باشرت النيابة العامة تحقيقاتها، التي استمرت 48 ساعة، وانتقلت إلى مسرح الواقعة لمعاينته، كما ناظرت الجثامين وأمرت بإجراء الصفة التشريحية، إلى جانب تتبع خط سير المجني عليهم من خلال آلات المراقبة، وطلب تحريات الشرطة بشأن ظروف وملابسات الحادثة.
صديق الأسرة وراء الجريمة
وأظهرت تحريات الشرطة أن مرتكب الواقعة هو أحد أصدقاء المجني عليهم، لتصدر النيابة العامة أمراً بضبطه وإحضاره.
وخلال استجوابه، أقر المتهم بارتكاب الجريمة، موضحاً أنه قتل المجني عليه وزوجته وطفلتيهما مع سبق الإصرار، بعدما رفض المجني عليه إقراضه مبلغاً مالياً.
وكشف المتهم أنه عقد العزم على قتل المجني عليه والاستيلاء على أمواله ومصاغه الذهبي، واستدرجه إلى منطقة القطامية، حيث أطلق صوبه ثلاثة أعيرة نارية أودت بحياته.
وبعد ذلك، استولى المتهم على مفتاح مسكن المجني عليه، ثم توجه إلى زوجته وطفلتيه، وأوهمهن بأن المجني عليه تعرض لحادثة سير، بهدف استدراجهن وإخلاء المسكن تمهيداً لسرقة محتوياته.
5 أعيرة نارية أنهت حياة الزوجة والطفلتين
ووفق اعترافات المتهم، فقد اصطحب زوجة المجني عليه وطفلتيه داخل السيارة التي كانت تقلهن، ثم أطلق عليهن خمسة أعيرة نارية، ما أدى إلى وفاتهن.
بعد ذلك، توجه المتهم إلى مسكن الأسرة، إلا أن وجود حارس العقار حال دون إتمام مخططه وسرقة محتويات المسكن.
محاكاة تصويرية للجريمة وأدلة فنية
وأجرى المتهم محاكاة تصويرية لكيفية ارتكاب الواقعة، فيما جاءت اعترافاته متفقة مع ما توصلت إليه التحقيقات من أدلة وقرائن.
وشملت الأدلة أقوال عدد من الشهود الذين كانوا على تواصل مع المجني عليهم قبيل مقتلهم، إلى جانب ما أسفر عنه تفريغ آلات المراقبة التي تحصلت عليها النيابة العامة من الحوانيت والأماكن التي ارتادها المتهم والمجني عليهم خلال فترة وقوع الجريمة.
كما كشفت نتائج الاستعلام من شركات المحمول عن توافق وجود المتهم والمجني عليهم مع النطاقات الجغرافية لمسارح الواقعة.
وأثبتت التقارير الفنية صحة المقاطع المرئية التي جرى الحصول عليها، فيما أكدت القياسات البيومترية أن المتهم هو الشخص الظاهر في تلك المقاطع.
كذلك دعمت تقارير الصفة التشريحية نتائج التحقيقات بشأن ملابسات وفاة المجني عليهم والإصابات التي لحقت بهم.
حبس المتهم وإحالته للمحاكمة
وبناءً على ما أسفرت عنه التحقيقات من اعترافات وأدلة فنية وشهادات وقرائن، أمرت النيابة العامة بحبس المتهم احتياطياً، وإحالته إلى المحاكمة الجنائية العاجلة، على خلفية اتهامه بقتل رجل وزوجته وطفلتيهما عمداً مع سبق الإصرار، عقب رفض المجني عليه إقراضه مبلغاً مالياً، وما ارتبط بذلك من الاستيلاء على مفتاح المسكن والسعي إلى سرقة أمواله ومصاغه الذهبي ومحتويات المنزل.
In a new development regarding the tragedy in the Al-Nargis neighborhood in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo, the Egyptian Public Prosecution has ordered the referral of a suspect to urgent criminal trial, following accusations of murdering a family of four in New Cairo, including a man, his wife, and their two daughters. This comes after investigations lasting 48 hours revealed details of the crime and the circumstances surrounding its commission, supported by the suspect's confessions, police investigations, surveillance camera footage, and forensic reports.
According to a statement from the Public Prosecution today (Wednesday), the incident began after they received a notification about the discovery of the bodies of four individuals from the same family in the New Cairo area, who had been reported missing. It was found that they were killed as a result of gunshot wounds.
Immediately, the Public Prosecution began its investigations, which lasted 48 hours, and visited the crime scene for examination. They also inspected the bodies and ordered an autopsy, in addition to tracking the victims' movements through surveillance cameras and requesting police investigations regarding the circumstances and details of the incident.
The Family Friend Behind the Crime
Police investigations revealed that the perpetrator of the incident was one of the victims' friends, prompting the Public Prosecution to issue an order for his arrest and summons.
During his interrogation, the suspect confessed to committing the crime, explaining that he killed the victim, his wife, and their two daughters with premeditation after the victim refused to lend him a sum of money.
The suspect revealed that he had planned to kill the victim and seize his money and gold jewelry, luring him to the Katameya area, where he shot him three times, resulting in his death.
After that, the suspect took the victim's house key and went to his wife and daughters, deceiving them into believing that the victim had been involved in a traffic accident, with the aim of luring them out of the house to facilitate the theft of its contents.
Five Gunshots Ended the Lives of the Wife and Daughters
According to the suspect's confessions, he took the victim's wife and daughters inside the car that was transporting them, then fired five gunshots at them, leading to their deaths.
Afterward, the suspect went to the family's residence, but the presence of a building guard prevented him from completing his plan and stealing the contents of the house.
Reenactment of the Crime and Forensic Evidence
The suspect conducted a reenactment of how the crime was committed, and his confessions were consistent with the evidence and clues gathered during the investigations.
The evidence included statements from several witnesses who were in contact with the victims prior to their murder, as well as the results from the surveillance footage obtained by the Public Prosecution from the shops and locations frequented by the suspect and the victims during the time of the crime.
Results from mobile phone companies also revealed that the suspect and the victims were present in the geographical areas of the crime scenes.
Forensic reports confirmed the authenticity of the video clips obtained, while biometric measurements indicated that the suspect is the person appearing in those clips.
Additionally, autopsy reports supported the investigation findings regarding the circumstances of the victims' deaths and the injuries they sustained.
Detention of the Suspect and Referral to Trial
Based on the findings of the investigations, including confessions, forensic evidence, testimonies, and clues, the Public Prosecution ordered the suspect to be held in custody and referred him to urgent criminal trial, following accusations of deliberately murdering a man, his wife, and their two daughters with premeditation after the victim refused to lend him a sum of money, along with the associated acts of seizing the house key and attempting to steal his money, gold jewelry, and the contents of the home.
