توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم، بمشيئة الله تعالى، أن تؤثر الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق مكة المكرمة، والمدينة المنورة، وتبوك، تصل إلى شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على الأجزاء الساحلية منها.
وتبقى درجات الحرارة العظمى مرتفعة على المنطقة الشرقية وأجزاء من مناطق الرياض، ومكة المكرمة، والمدينة المنورة، ولا تزال الفرصة مهيأة لتكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة المصحوبة برياح نشطة على أجزاء من مناطق نجران، وجازان، وعسير، والباحة، كذلك على أجزاء من منطقتي الرياض والشرقية، خاصة الجنوبية منها.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر ستكون غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 12-35 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي، وبسرعة 25-50 كم/ساعة على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الشمالي، ومن متر ونصف إلى مترين ونصف على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج على الجزء الشمالي، ومتوسط الموج إلى مائج على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي.
فيما ستكون حركة الرياح على الخليج العربي غربية إلى شمالية غربية تتحول ليلًا جنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية غربية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وجنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية غربية تتحول مساءً شمالية غربية إلى جنوبية غربية على الجزء الجنوبي، بسرعة 10-28 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology, in its report on today's weather conditions, expects that the active winds stirring up dust and sand will affect parts of the Makkah, Madinah, and Tabuk regions, reaching near-zero visibility in the coastal areas.
The maximum temperatures will remain high in the Eastern region and parts of the Riyadh, Makkah, and Madinah regions, and there is still a chance for the formation of thunderstorm clouds with rain accompanied by active winds in parts of the Najran, Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, as well as in parts of the Riyadh and Eastern regions, especially the southern parts.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be westerly to northwesterly at a speed of 12-35 km/h in the northern part, and at a speed of 25-50 km/h in the central and southern parts, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern part, and from one and a half meters to two and a half meters in the central and southern parts. The sea condition will be light to moderate in the northern part, and moderate to rough in the central and southern parts.
Meanwhile, the wind movement over the Arabian Gulf will be westerly to northwesterly, shifting at night to southeasterly to southwesterly in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southwesterly shifting in the evening to northwesterly to southwesterly in the southern part, at a speed of 10-28 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter, and the sea condition will be light.
