في غضون أيام قليلة، انتقلت المؤثرة اليابانية مينا تشان (26 عاماً)، من دائرة الاهتمام بين متابعي فرقة «إنهايبن» إلى خبر وفاتها في كوريا الجنوبية، بينما كانت منشوراتها الأخيرة تشهد تفاعلاً واسعاً على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وكانت مينا تشان من المتابعات البارزات للفرقة، وحرصت على حضور حفلاتها وفعاليات توقيع المعجبين، مع اهتمام خاص بالعضو الياباني نيكي. لكن ظهورها في حفل للفرقة بالولايات المتحدة أواخر يوليو أثار جدلاً بين بعض المعجبين، بعدما حاولت إيصال باقة من الزهور إلى نيكي عبر عضو آخر في الفرقة، سونو.
واعتبر بعض المتابعين أن التصرف تجاوز الحدود المتعارف عليها بين الفنانين والمعجبين، قبل أن تتسع دائرة الانتقادات عقب بث مباشر أجراه نيكي عبر منصة «ويفرس» في 30 يوليو. وتحدث خلال البث عن بعض الحضور الذين يحاولون جذب انتباه أعضاء الفرقة أثناء الحفلات، من دون أن يذكر مينا تشان بالاسم.
وفي أعقاب ذلك، نشرت مينا تشان اعتذاراً عبر منصة «إكس»، قالت فيه إنها شعرت بالندم على بعض تصرفاتها، وإن حضورها المتكرر لفعاليات الفرقة جعلها تدرك أنها ربما تجاوزت الحدود.
وأفادت وكالة «يونهاب» بأن الشرطة تلقت في 5 أغسطس بلاغاً يتعلق بمؤثرة يابانية في العشرينات من عمرها، فيما أعلن حساب يُعتقد أنه يعود إلى شقيقة تشان في اليوم التالي خبر وفاتها، داعياً المتابعين إلى الدعاء لها واحترام خصوصية الأسرة.
وتحقق شرطة يونغسان في سيول في ملابسات الوفاة، بينما تواصل متابعو مينا تشان نشر رسائل التعزية عبر حساباتها، وسط دعوات إلى تجنب التنمر الإلكتروني وعدم توجيه الاتهامات أو التكهنات بشأن أسباب الوفاة قبل انتهاء التحقيقات الرسمية.

Some followers considered the act to have crossed the boundaries typically observed between artists and fans, before the criticism expanded following a live broadcast conducted by Niki on the "Weverse" platform on July 30. During the broadcast, he spoke about some attendees who try to attract the attention of the group members during concerts, without mentioning Mina Chan by name.
In the aftermath, Mina Chan posted an apology on the "X" platform, stating that she felt regret for some of her actions, and that her repeated attendance at the group's events made her realize that she may have crossed the line.
The "Yonhap" agency reported that the police received a report on August 5 regarding a Japanese influencer in her twenties, while an account believed to belong to Chan's sister announced her death the following day, urging followers to pray for her and respect the family's privacy.
The Yongsan police in Seoul are investigating the circumstances of the death, while Mina Chan's followers continue to post condolence messages on her accounts, amidst calls to avoid cyberbullying and not to make accusations or speculations about the causes of death before the official investigations are completed.
