استعداداً للعام القادم.. نائب أمير مكة يرأس اجتماع لجنة الحج والعمرة

Under the guidance of the advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of the Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Emir of the region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, chaired the committee meeting, which discussed early preparations and planning for the Hajj season of 1448 AH.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Emir of Makkah Region expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the committee member agencies for their efforts during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, which contributed—by the grace of God—along with the resources provided by the leadership, to serving the guests of Allah and enabling them to perform their rituals with ease and comfort.

The committee reviewed the key achievements and successes that were realized during the last season, and discussed ways to enhance and build upon them, in addition to discussing mechanisms for the continuous development of the Hajj system and improving the efficiency of services provided to pilgrims, which contributes to enhancing performance quality and enriching the experience of the guests of Allah in the upcoming seasons.

The committee also reviewed the latest updates related to the departure phase of the pilgrims through air, land, and sea ports, and the efforts made to ensure smooth movement and facilitate travel procedures after completing the rituals, achieving the highest levels of efficiency and comfort. The meeting also addressed the activities of the Umrah season and the indicators related to it.

At the end of the meeting, the committee discussed the items listed on the agenda and made the necessary recommendations regarding them.
