إنشاء غرفة عمليات خاصة في وزارة الحج والعمرة لتسهيل وتأمين قدوم ضيوف الرحمن من كل دول العالم عبر المطارات والمنافذ في ظل الأحداث التي تشهدها المنطقة خطوة جديدة للجهات القائمة على خدمة المعتمرين والحجاج والزوّار لابتداع كل الوسائل لمواجهة التحديات وإزالة المعوقات في كل الجوانب لضمان أداء ضيوف الرحمن شعائرهم بكل طمأنينة وأمان.
إن المملكة العربية السعودية التي تضع شعار «خدمة ضيوف الرحمن شرف لنا»، ووضعت كافة المقدّرات لتحقيق هذه الغاية، لن تدخر جهداً حتى يصل كل معتمر وحاج وزائر إلى وجهته بالتسهيل في المعابر عبر الرقمنة والبوابات الإلكترونية، وقبل ذلك كله بالتوسع في برنامج «طريق مكة»، الذي لا يكلف الحاج وقتاً وجهداً يكمل فيه إجراءاته في محطة القدوم قبل وصوله إلى وجهته في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، فضلاً عن التدابير الصحية التي تضمن له سلامته وصحته وتأمين مسارات التنقل له عبر وسائل آمنة وسريعة في خطوات مستدامة ذات موثوقية عالية تحقق الغاية الكبرى.. «خدمة ضيوف الرحمن شرف لنا».
The establishment of a special operations room in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to facilitate and secure the arrival of the guests of الرحمن from all over the world through airports and entry points, in light of the events taking place in the region, is a new step for the authorities responsible for serving the Umrah performers, pilgrims, and visitors to innovate all means to face challenges and remove obstacles in all aspects to ensure that the guests of الرحمن perform their rituals with complete tranquility and safety.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which adopts the slogan "Serving the guests of الرحمن is an honor for us," has put all resources in place to achieve this goal and will spare no effort until every Umrah performer, pilgrim, and visitor reaches their destination with ease at the crossings through digitization and electronic gateways. Above all, this is complemented by the expansion of the "Makkah Route" program, which does not require the pilgrim to spend time and effort as they complete their procedures at the arrival station before reaching their destination in Makkah and Madinah. In addition, there are health measures in place to ensure their safety and health, securing safe and fast transportation routes for them through sustainable steps with high reliability that achieve the ultimate goal...
