«الأرصاد»: رياح مثيرة للأتربة على 7 مناطق

The National Center of Meteorology has predicted in its weather report for today (Saturday) that the effects of active winds stirring up dust and sand will continue in parts of the Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Northern Borders, and Eastern regions, while the opportunity remains for the formation of thunderstorm clouds accompanied by active winds in parts of the highlands of western and southwestern Saudi Arabia.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at a speed of (20 - 45) km/h, and northwesterly to westerly in the southern part at a speed of (10 - 28) km/h. The wave height ranges from one to two meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part, with the sea condition being moderate in the northern and central parts, and light to moderate in the southern part.
In the Arabian Gulf, the surface wind movement is northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at a speed of (15 - 38) km/h, and southerly to southeasterly, shifting after noon to westerly to northwesterly in the southern part at a speed of (10 - 25) km/h. The wave height ranges from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one meter in the southern part, with the sea condition being light to moderate in the northern and central parts, and light in the southern part.
