أعلنت لجنة الإشراف على انتخابات مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين اعتماد القوائم النهائية للناخبين والمترشحين لعضوية مجلس الإدارة للدورة التاسعة (1447 – 1450هـ)، وذلك بعد استكمال مراحل التدقيق والمراجعة والنظر في الاعتراضات والتظلمات وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
وأوضحت اللجنة أن فترة التعريف بالمرشحين والحملات الانتخابية ستنطلق يوم الاثنين 15 ديسمبر 2025م وتستمر لمدة 12 يومًا، حيث ستتيح المنصة الإلكترونية الخاصة بالانتخابات عرض السِيَر المهنية وبرامج المرشحين بشكل تفصيلي، بما يمكّن الأعضاء من الاطلاع على خبراتهم واختيار المرشح الأنسب.
وبيّنت اللجنة أن اعتماد القوائم النهائية يأتي استكمالًا للإجراءات التنظيمية المعتمدة للعملية الانتخابية، وصولًا إلى المراحل التي تسبق بدء الاقتراع.
كما أكدت اللجنة أن التصويت الإلكتروني سيبدأ يوم الأحد 28 ديسمبر 2025م عند الساعة 10 صباحًا، ويستمر حتى يوم الثلاثاء 30 ديسمبر 2025م في تمام الساعة 10 صباحًا، مبينةً أن منصة التصويت الإلكترونية ستتيح للناخبين داخل المملكة وخارجها المشاركة بسهولة، مع التأكيد على الالتزام بالوقت المحدد لضمان احتساب الأصوات.
وأكدت اللجنة أن العملية الانتخابية تُنفَّذ وفق أعلى مستويات الانضباط والالتزام بالضوابط التنظيمية، حيث تتولى اللجنة الإشرافية المكوّنة من ممثلين من وزارة البلديات والإسكان والهيئة السعودية للمهندسين متابعة سير العملية في جميع مراحلها وضمان عدالتها وشفافيتها.

The Supervisory Committee for the Elections of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Engineers Association has announced the approval of the final lists of voters and candidates for membership in the Board of Directors for the ninth term (1447 – 1450 AH), following the completion of the auditing and review stages and consideration of objections and grievances according to the approved procedures.
The committee clarified that the candidate introduction period and election campaigns will commence on Monday, December 15, 2025, and will last for 12 days. The electronic platform dedicated to the elections will provide detailed presentations of the candidates' professional biographies and programs, enabling members to review their experiences and choose the most suitable candidate.
The committee indicated that the approval of the final lists is a continuation of the approved organizational procedures for the electoral process, leading up to the stages preceding the start of voting.
The committee also confirmed that electronic voting will begin on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 10 AM, and will continue until Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 10 AM. It noted that the electronic voting platform will allow voters inside and outside the Kingdom to participate easily, emphasizing adherence to the specified time to ensure the counting of votes.
The committee affirmed that the electoral process is carried out according to the highest levels of discipline and adherence to regulatory controls, with the supervisory committee, composed of representatives from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Saudi Engineers Association, overseeing the process at all stages to ensure its fairness and transparency.
