The Jadarat platform recorded a new wave of employment this week by announcing 3,232 government, semi-government, and private sector jobs across various regions of the Kingdom. The figures revealed a clear rise in the private sector's needs in the fields of technology, engineering, operations, medical services, and finance, with a significant increase in demand for national competencies in the digital economy.

Increase in Government Employment

The government entities announced 52 contractual positions focused on strategic planning, technology, health, engineering, and education. The Ministry of Sports led in planning jobs, while the Health Sector Transformation Program continued to enhance jobs related to the development of the healthcare system. The General Administration of Medical Services for the Armed Forces also offered specialized medical positions, in addition to new academic and educational opportunities at Northern Borders University.

Enhancing the Role of the Semi-Government Sector

The semi-government sector witnessed the announcement of 31 diverse positions in scientific research, economics, engineering, human resources, technology, strategy, and health. The opportunities were distributed among the Saudi Health Council, the Authority of Special Economic Cities and Zones, the National Center for Meteorology, the Saudi Center for Efficiency, and other research and regulatory centers. This expansion confirms the Kingdom's direction towards improving energy efficiency, enhancing governance, and empowering the knowledge economy.

The Private Sector Leaps with 3,149 Job Announcements

The private sector recorded the largest share by announcing 3,149 jobs distributed across various regions of the Kingdom. Jadarat data shows that the most in-demand sectors for jobs are:

• Technology and Digital Transformation Sector

This sector is experiencing rapid growth and is the most active in job offerings this week. The positions include systems analysts, product managers, cybersecurity experts, and software developers. This increase reflects the ongoing expansion of digital transformation projects in large and medium-sized companies.

• Engineering Sector

This sector continues to show a strong presence, especially in civil engineering, road engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and project management. These jobs benefit from urban growth and ongoing infrastructure expansions.

• Health and Medical Sector

This sector continues to seek Saudi competencies in nursing, medical support, and specialists in laboratories, radiology, and physical therapy, driven by the expansion of private health facilities.

• Logistics and Supply Chain Sector

This sector appears as one of the fastest-growing, with jobs ranging from logistics planning and warehouse management to facility operations and support services, especially in Riyadh and the Eastern Province.

• Retail and Commercial Services Sector

This sector is witnessing significant opportunities in branch management, customer service, marketing, sales, and business development, representing one of the most important employment gateways for youth in various regions.
