A joint field campaign carried out by the Jeddah Municipality resulted in the seizure of 18 violating warehouses inside a closed complex in the southern part of the province. These included warehouses for clothing, furniture, honey, spices, food products, and items making medical claims, with the participation of several relevant authorities.

The campaign revealed a variety of violating activities within the closed complex, which was exploited for storing and trading products and goods in violation of regulations. The seized locations included 9 clothing warehouses, 2 honey production warehouses, 2 furniture and furnishings warehouses, in addition to a food warehouse, a mobile accessories warehouse, a warehouse for storing products making medical claims, and another for spices. Field teams began taking legal action against the violators in coordination with the participating authorities.

This campaign was part of the efforts of the Jeddah Municipality, represented by the Sub-Municipalities Agency, and under the supervision of the General Administration for Monitoring and Addressing Negative Phenomena, with the participation of the Ministry of Commerce, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Civil Defense, and field control as part of the municipality's efforts to enhance compliance with municipal regulations and protect residents.

The municipality urged citizens and residents to report any observations related to municipal violations via the "Baladi" application or the unified reporting center (940), which contributes to the swift handling of reports and raising the level of compliance.
