أعلن وزير البلديات والإسكان رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للعقار رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة الوطنية لخدمات التسجيل العيني للعقار (السجل العقاري) ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل اليوم (الإثنين) نجاح السجل العقاري في إصدار مليون سجل عقاري، وتجاوز عدد العقارات المعلنة للتسجيل العيني للعقار أكثر من 3 ملايين قطعة عقارية على مستوى المملكة، في خطوة تعزز الشفافية والموثوقية في القطاع العقاري، وتحفظ الحقوق، وتحقق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في رقمنة القطاع العقاري.
قطاع عقاري عصري وموثوق
وأكد الحقيل أن هذا الإنجاز يجسد التزام المملكة بتطوير قطاع عقاري عصري وموثوق، ويعكس دور السجل العقاري بصفته منصة إستراتيجية تدعم التحول الرقمي، وتُعزز مكانة العقار كرافد اقتصادي وطني، مشيراً إلى أن نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار يمثّل نقلة نوعية تحفظ تاريخ العقارات في سجلات دقيقة تشمل أوصافها وحالتها الشرعية والمادية ومواقعها الجيومكانية، ما يواكب أفضل الممارسات العالمية في بناء مدن ذكية ومجتمعات حضرية مستدامة.
وأضاف أن المرحلة القادمة ستشهد التوسع في جميع مدن ومناطق المملكة وتوسيع نطاق الخدمات الرقمية، بما يضمن تجربة سلسة وآمنة للملاك والمستثمرين والمستفيدين، ويعزز مكانة المملكة بصفتها وجهة استثمارية عقارية عالمية، ويرسخ تنافسية القطاع العقاري السعودي على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.

بدوره، أشار الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة العامة للعقار المهندس عبد الله بن سعود الحماد إلى أن نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار يُسهم بشكل فاعل في حفظ تاريخ العقارات في سجلات تتضمن أوصافها وحالتها الشرعية والمادية ومواقعها بدقة عالية باستخدام أحدث التقنيات، وأن تحقيق إصدار مليون سجل عقاري يمثل قفزة نوعية نحو قطاع عقاري منافس ومستدام، وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية التي تحقق بناء مدن ذكية ومجتمعات حضرية مستدامة، ما يعزز الوصول إلى مستهدفات الإستراتيجية الشاملة للقطاع العقاري.
تحقيق مستهدفات السجل العقاري
من جانبه، أكد الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة الوطنية لخدمات التسجيل العيني للعقار (السجل العقاري) الدكتور محمد السليمان أن إصدار مليون سجل عقاري في فترة وجيزة يُعدُّ نقلة نوعية نحو تحقيق مستهدفات السجل العقاري التي تواكب طموحات المملكة في تحقيق التنوع الاقتصادي، وتعزيز مكانة قطاع العقار السعودي، مشيراً إلى أن كل سجل عقاري صادر يجمع بين القوة القانونية للصك من خلال حجيته المطلقة بعد مرور عام، والصحيفة العقارية التي تحفظ بيانات العقار الجيومكانية الدقيقة، وهو ما يختصر رحلة المستفيد ويرفع مستوى اليقين في المعاملات.
يُذكر أن السجل العقاري يعمل على بناء منظومة متكاملة تواكب أحدث الممارسات العالمية في مجالات الحوكمة والرقمنة، وتواصل توسعها لتشمل جميع مناطق ومدن المملكة، بما يعزز موثوقية السوق العقارية، ويُسهم في جذب الاستثمارات المحلية والدولية، ويدعم مسيرة التنمية الشاملة ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Real Estate, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry), Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, announced today (Monday) the successful issuance of one million real estate records by the Real Estate Registry. The number of properties announced for real estate registration has exceeded more than 3 million properties across the Kingdom, in a move that enhances transparency and reliability in the real estate sector, preserves rights, and achieves the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in digitizing the real estate sector.
Modern and Reliable Real Estate Sector
Al-Hoqail confirmed that this achievement embodies the Kingdom's commitment to developing a modern and reliable real estate sector. It reflects the role of the Real Estate Registry as a strategic platform that supports digital transformation and enhances the status of real estate as a national economic contributor. He pointed out that the system of real estate registration represents a qualitative leap that preserves the history of properties in accurate records that include their descriptions, legal and physical status, and geospatial locations, aligning with the best global practices in building smart cities and sustainable urban communities.
He added that the next phase will witness expansion in all cities and regions of the Kingdom and an expansion of digital services, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for owners, investors, and beneficiaries, and enhancing the Kingdom's status as a global real estate investment destination, solidifying the competitiveness of the Saudi real estate sector at both regional and international levels.

For his part, the CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, pointed out that the system of real estate registration effectively contributes to preserving the history of properties in records that include their descriptions, legal and physical status, and locations with high accuracy using the latest technologies. He noted that achieving the issuance of one million real estate records represents a qualitative leap towards a competitive and sustainable real estate sector, in line with the best global practices that achieve the construction of smart cities and sustainable urban communities, thereby enhancing access to the objectives of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector.
Achieving the Objectives of the Real Estate Registry
For his part, the CEO of the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry), Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, confirmed that the issuance of one million real estate records in a short period is a qualitative shift towards achieving the objectives of the Real Estate Registry that align with the Kingdom's ambitions for economic diversification and enhancing the status of the Saudi real estate sector. He pointed out that each issued real estate record combines the legal strength of the deed through its absolute validity after one year and the real estate file that preserves the precise geospatial data of the property, which shortens the beneficiary's journey and raises the level of certainty in transactions.
It is worth noting that the Real Estate Registry is working to build an integrated system that keeps pace with the latest global practices in governance and digitization, continuing its expansion to include all regions and cities of the Kingdom, thereby enhancing the reliability of the real estate market, contributing to attracting local and international investments, and supporting the comprehensive development journey within the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
