أعلنت آركابيتا غروب هولدنغز ليمتد («آركابيتا»)، شركة الاستثمارات البديلة العالمية الرائدة، إطلاق شركة لينتارا العقارية «لينتارا»، وهي شركة متخصصة في إدارة وتطوير الأصول العقارية وخدمات الاستشارات الاستثمارية، تمارس نشاطها في الأسواق الإقليمية الرئيسية، بما في ذلك المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة ومملكة البحرين.
وتدير آركابيتا اليوم أصولًا عقارية صناعية ولوجستية في منطقة الخليج العربي تتجاوز قيمتها مليار دولار أمريكي، مؤجرة لقاعدة متنوعة من الشركات العالمية والإقليمية الرائدة، مثل DSV والعبيكان وآيرون ماونتن.

وستتولى لينتارا مسؤولية إدارة وتطوير الأصول العقارية الخاصة بالصناديق الحالية والمستقبلية التابعة لآركابيتا في قطاع العقارات اللوجستية والصناعية بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، بما يساهم في توسيع نطاق استثماراتها وتعزيز حضورها وتسريع وتيرة النمو في المنطقة. وانطلاقًا من قاعدة آركابيتا القوية، تهدف لينتارا إلى أن تصبح الشريك الأمثل للشركات العاملة في قطاعي اللوجستي والصناعة الساعية إلى التوسع الاستراتيجي في المنطقة.
