أعلنت «السعودي الألماني الصحية»، إحدى أكبر مجموعات الرعاية الصحية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، تعزيز تعاونها مع Mayo Clinic، عبر توقيع تحالف إستراتيجيّ يُتيح للمرضى داخل المملكة وخارجها الاستفادة من أحدث الخبرات العالمية، والابتكارات الطبية المتقدِّمة.
وبموجب هذا التحالف، ستقوم «السعودي الألماني الصحية» بدمج المعرفة السريرية، والموارد المتقدِّمة لشبكة Mayo Clinic من أجل تعزيز نتائج المرضى، وتحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية. وعلى مدار السنوات الثلاث المقبلة، ستنضم سبعة مستشفياتٍ إضافيةٍ تابعةٍ للمجموعة في المملكة العربية السعودية، والإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى شبكة Mayo Clinic للرعاية الصحية؛ ما سيخلق منظومةً غير مسبوقةٍ من الخبرات الطبية المشتركة.
جاء ذلك خلال احتفاليةٍ رسميةٍ في الرياض، مقر أول مستشفى تابع لـ«السعودي الألماني الصحية» ينضم إلى شبكة Mayo Clinic، حضرها كبار قيادات المجموعة وأطبائها المتخصِّصين إلى جانب عددٍ من الجهات المعنية، ووسائل الإعلام؛ بما يعكس الالتزام المُشترك في رفع مستوى جودة الرعاية الصحية، وتحسين تجربة المرضى، انسجامًا مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
من جانبه، قال نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة «السعودي الألماني الصحية مكارم صبحي البترجي: هذا التحالف يُمثِّل أكثر من مجرد تعاونٍ مُشتركٍ مع Mayo Clinic، إنه وعدٌ نقطعه على أنفسنا تجاه مرضانا ومجتمعنا. إننا نفتح آفاقًا جديدةً لمستقبلٍ تُتاح فيه رعايةٌ صحيةٌ استثنائيةٌ للجميع. نعمل معًا؛ لضمان حصول كلِّ مريض على أعلى معايير الرعاية هنا في وطنه، في تجسيدٍ حيٍّ لالتزامنا بمبدأ «نرعاكم كأهالينا».
ويشمل التعاون الحالي منشآت المجموعة في جدة، والدمام، وعجمان، إضافةً إلى الرياض والقاهرة، اللتين كانتا عضوَين سابقَين في الشبكة.
وأشار أخصائي جراحة أورام الرأس والرقبة المدير الطبي لـ«Mayo Clinic» الدكتور إريك مور إلى أن التعاون مع «السعودي الألماني الصحية» يعكس الالتزام المشترك «بتطوير الرعاية الصحية عبر تبادل المعرفة والتحوُّل السريري، ورفع معايير الرعاية، وتقديم قيمةٍ مُضافةٍ للمرضى والمجتمعات في جميع أنحاء الشرق الأوسط».
وتتضمَّن المرحلة المقبلة إطلاق برامج التحوُّل السريري المتخصِّصة، بدءًا من رعاية أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية، التي تُعدُّ أولويةً إستراتيجيةً في قطاع الرعاية الصحية بالمنطقة. كما سيقوم خبراء Mayo Clinic بإجراء تقييمات سنوية شاملة في المستشفيات الرئيسية التابعة لـ«السعودي الألماني الصحية»، والمشاركة في وضع خرائط طريق التحوُّل السريري؛ بهدف تحسين جودة الرعاية، وتعزيز سلامة المرضى، ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتطوير القدرات القيادية والخبرات المتخصِّصة.
وسيتم تطبيق المعرفة والخبرات المستقاة من خرائط الطريق على جميع مستشفيات المجموعة؛ لضمان تقديم رعايةٍ صحيةٍ وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية. وتعكس العلاقة بين «السعودي الألماني الصحية» وMayo Clinic مبدأً جوهريًّا، عندما تتلاقى الخبرة العالمية مع الشغف المحليّ، تتحقق الرعاية الصحية الاستثنائية.

"Saudi German Health," one of the largest healthcare groups in the Middle East and North Africa, announced the enhancement of its collaboration with Mayo Clinic by signing a strategic alliance that allows patients inside and outside the Kingdom to benefit from the latest global expertise and advanced medical innovations.
Under this alliance, "Saudi German Health" will integrate clinical knowledge and advanced resources from the Mayo Clinic network to enhance patient outcomes and improve the quality of healthcare. Over the next three years, seven additional hospitals affiliated with the group in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will join the Mayo Clinic healthcare network, creating an unprecedented system of shared medical expertise.
This announcement came during an official celebration in Riyadh, the location of the first hospital affiliated with "Saudi German Health" to join the Mayo Clinic network, attended by senior leaders of the group and its specialized doctors, along with several stakeholders and media representatives; reflecting the shared commitment to raising the quality of healthcare and improving the patient experience, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.
For his part, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Saudi German Health," Makarem Sobhi Batterji, stated: "This alliance represents more than just a joint collaboration with Mayo Clinic; it is a promise we make to ourselves towards our patients and our community. We are opening new horizons for a future where exceptional healthcare is available to everyone. We work together to ensure that every patient receives the highest standards of care here in their homeland, embodying our commitment to the principle of 'We care for you like our own family.'
The current collaboration includes the group’s facilities in Jeddah, Dammam, and Ajman, in addition to Riyadh and Cairo, which were previous members of the network.
Dr. Eric Moore, a specialist in head and neck tumor surgery and the medical director of Mayo Clinic, noted that the collaboration with "Saudi German Health" reflects a shared commitment "to developing healthcare through knowledge exchange, clinical transformation, raising care standards, and providing added value to patients and communities across the Middle East."
The next phase will include the launch of specialized clinical transformation programs, starting with cardiovascular care, which is a strategic priority in the region's healthcare sector. Mayo Clinic experts will conduct comprehensive annual assessments at the main hospitals affiliated with "Saudi German Health" and participate in developing clinical transformation roadmaps aimed at improving care quality, enhancing patient safety, increasing operational efficiency, and developing leadership capabilities and specialized expertise.
The knowledge and expertise derived from the roadmaps will be applied to all hospitals in the group to ensure the provision of healthcare according to the highest global standards. The relationship between "Saudi German Health" and Mayo Clinic reflects a fundamental principle: when global expertise meets local passion, exceptional healthcare is achieved.
