نفذت وزارة التجارة 6319 زيارة ميدانية على الأسواق والمراكز التجارية في كافة مناطق المملكة للتحقق من التزامها بضوابط وشروط العروض والتخفيضات الخاصة بمناسبة اليوم الوطني 95.
وتحققت الفرق الرقابية للوزارة من تراخيص التخفيضات، وإبرازها للمستهلك، والالتزام بالتخفيضات والعروض الحقيقية المرخص لها، ونسب التخفيضات، وبطاقات الأسعار أو القارئ الإلكتروني للأسعار متضمناً السعر قبل وبعد التخفيض والإفصاح بوضوح عن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
وتدعو الوزارة المستهلكين إلى التحقق من نظامية وصحة التخفيضات والعروض التجارية من خلال مسح «الباركود» الظاهر في الترخيص للاطلاع على كافة البيانات المتعلقة بالتخفيضات، التي تشمل نوع ونسبة التخفيضات، ومدتها، إضافة إلى بيانات المنشأة.
The Ministry of Commerce conducted 6,319 field visits to markets and commercial centers across all regions of the Kingdom to verify their compliance with the regulations and conditions of promotions and discounts for the 95th National Day.
The ministry's monitoring teams verified the discount licenses, ensuring they were presented to consumers, and checked compliance with the authorized actual discounts and promotions, discount percentages, price tags or electronic price readers that include the price before and after the discount, and clearly disclosed the return and exchange policy.
The ministry urges consumers to verify the legality and accuracy of discounts and commercial offers by scanning the "barcode" displayed on the license to access all information related to the discounts, including the type and percentage of discounts, their duration, as well as the establishment's data.
