أقامت أمانة المنطقة الشرقية، اليوم الأحد، حملة تطوعية للتبرع بالدم، بالتعاون مع بنك الدم المركزي بالدمام، وذلك ضمن مشاركتها في فعاليات اليوم العالمي للتبرع بالدم، بمقر الأمانة، بمشاركة من منسوبي ومنسوبات الأمانة.
من جهته نوه مدير عام الإدارة العامة للعلاقات العامة بالأمانة فالح بن راجس الدوسري، بأن هذه الحملة تأتي ضمن جهود الأمانة لتعزيز ثقافة التبرع بالدم، وترسيخ مفاهيم المسؤولية المجتمعية، وتفعيل الشراكات مع المؤسسات الصحية، بما ينسجم مع رسالتها الإنسانية ودورها في خدمة المجتمع. مشيراً إلى أن الأمانة تحرص على تفعيل هذه المناسبة سنويّاً بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية، لتشجيع منسوبيها على التبرع والمشاركة في إنقاذ الأرواح.
وقال إن الأمانة تنفذ بشكل مستمر عدداً من الحملات التوعوية والصحية، مشدداً على أن هذه الحملات تهدف إلى رفع مستوى الوعي الصحي والثقافي بأهمية التبرع بالدم، وفوائده الصحية للفرد، إضافة إلى كونه سلوكاً إنسانيّاً نبيلاً يعزّز تماسك المجتمع وتكافله.
يُذكر أن أمانة المنطقة الشرقية تولي اهتماماً كبيراً بالبرامج ذات الطابع الإنساني والاجتماعي، وتسعى من خلال مبادراتها المتنوعة إلى دعم الجهود الوطنية في مختلف المجالات، خصوصاً فيما يتعلق بالصحة العامة، والمشاركة المجتمعية.
أمانة الشرقية تقيم حملة تطوعية لمنسوبيها للتبرع بالدم
The Eastern Province Municipality held a voluntary blood donation campaign today, Sunday, in collaboration with the Central Blood Bank in Dammam, as part of its participation in the World Blood Donation Day events, at the municipality's headquarters, with the participation of its employees.
In this regard, the General Director of the Public Relations Department at the municipality, Faleh bin Rajis Al-Dosari, noted that this campaign is part of the municipality's efforts to promote a culture of blood donation, establish concepts of social responsibility, and activate partnerships with health institutions, in line with its humanitarian message and role in serving the community. He pointed out that the municipality is keen to activate this occasion annually in cooperation with the relevant authorities, to encourage its employees to donate and participate in saving lives.
He stated that the municipality continuously implements a number of awareness and health campaigns, emphasizing that these campaigns aim to raise health and cultural awareness about the importance of blood donation and its health benefits for individuals, in addition to being a noble humanitarian act that enhances community cohesion and solidarity.
It is worth mentioning that the Eastern Province Municipality places great importance on programs with a humanitarian and social character, and seeks through its various initiatives to support national efforts in various fields, especially concerning public health and community participation.
