كشفت إمارة منطقة القصيم عن تجاوز إجمالي التمويل المقدم من بنك التنمية الاجتماعية للمستفيدين في المنطقة حاجز 8 مليارات ريال منذ تأسيسه، في رقم يُبرز الدور التنموي الفاعل للبنك كمحرك اقتصادي واجتماعي يواكب تطلعات الدولة ورؤية السعودية 2030.
وأكد أمير منطقة القصيم الأمير الدكتور فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز، أن بنك التنمية الاجتماعية يؤدي أدواراً تمويلية مؤثرة تسهم في دعم شباب وشابات الوطن، وتمكينهم اقتصادياً واجتماعياً، مشيراً إلى أن ما تحقق من إنجازات يعكس اهتمام القيادة الرشيدة - أيدها الله - بدعم القطاع غير الربحي وتعزيز الشراكات التنموية، ضمن توجه واضح نحو بناء مجتمع منتج واقتصاد مستدام.
وبحسب إمارة منطقة القصيم فقد بلغ إجمالي التمويل الممنوح من البنك أكثر من 106 ملايين ريال خلال 2024، استفاد منها أكثر من 2000 مستفيد ضمن برنامج التمويل الاجتماعي، في استمرار لسياسات تمويلية تستهدف شرائح متنوعة من المجتمع، وترتبط بالاحتياج الواقعي للأسر والأفراد.
وتجاوز عدد المستفيدين من خدمات البنك في المنطقة منذ التأسيس أكثر من 187 ألف مستفيد، في مؤشر واضح على عمق الأثر التراكمي الذي أحدثه البنك داخل المجتمع المحلي، سواء على مستوى الأفراد أو الأسرة.
وفي السياق ذاته، وُثقت استفادة أكثر من 27 ألف مستفيد من البرامج التدريبية والأنشطة المجتمعية، إضافة إلى 190 أسرة جرى تمكينها ضمن مبادرات الدعم الاجتماعي، إلى جانب تنظيم 59 دورة تدريبية و9 فعاليات مجتمعية تنموية.
كما سجلت منصة «جادة 30» في محافظة بريدة حضوراً مميزاً عبر تمكين 32 رائد ورائدة أعمال، في مبادرة تهدف إلى تحويل الطاقات الشبابية إلى مشاريع اقتصادية فاعلة تسهم في تنويع مصادر الدخل وتوليد فرص جديدة داخل السوق المحلي.
يعكس هذا الأداء المتصاعد أن بنك التنمية الاجتماعية في القصيم تجاوز المفهوم التقليدي للتمويل، متجها نحو بناء منظومة تمكينية شاملة، تستهدف الإنسان أولاً، وتعمل على تعزيز دوره في المجتمع من خلال أدوات اقتصادية مرنة، وخدمات تمتد من الدعم المالي إلى التطوير المهني والتمكين الريادي، بما يتسق مع تطلعات المملكة في بناء نموذج تنموي متكامل يرتكز على الاستدامة والشراكة والمشاركة.
The Emirate of the Qassim Region has revealed that the total funding provided by the Social Development Bank to beneficiaries in the region has surpassed 8 billion riyals since its establishment, a figure that highlights the effective developmental role of the bank as an economic and social driver that aligns with the aspirations of the state and Saudi Vision 2030.
The Emir of Qassim Region, Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, affirmed that the Social Development Bank plays impactful financing roles that contribute to supporting the youth of the nation and empowering them economically and socially. He pointed out that the achievements made reflect the wise leadership's interest - may God support it - in supporting the non-profit sector and enhancing developmental partnerships, within a clear direction towards building a productive society and a sustainable economy.
According to the Emirate of Qassim Region, the total funding granted by the bank exceeded 106 million riyals during 2024, benefiting more than 2,000 beneficiaries under the social financing program, continuing financing policies that target diverse segments of society and are linked to the real needs of families and individuals.
The number of beneficiaries from the bank's services in the region since its establishment has exceeded 187,000, indicating a clear sign of the cumulative impact the bank has had within the local community, both at the individual and family levels.
In the same context, more than 27,000 beneficiaries have been documented as having benefited from training programs and community activities, in addition to 190 families that have been empowered through social support initiatives, alongside organizing 59 training courses and 9 developmental community events.
The "Jadah 30" platform in the city of Buraidah has also recorded a remarkable presence by empowering 32 male and female entrepreneurs, in an initiative aimed at transforming youthful energies into effective economic projects that contribute to diversifying income sources and generating new opportunities within the local market.
This rising performance reflects that the Social Development Bank in Qassim has transcended the traditional concept of financing, moving towards building a comprehensive enabling system that targets individuals first and works to enhance their role in society through flexible economic tools and services that extend from financial support to professional development and entrepreneurial empowerment, in line with the Kingdom's aspirations to build an integrated developmental model based on sustainability, partnership, and participation.
