أعلنت الهيئة العامة للنقل اليوم، أن العقود الإلكترونية الموحدة لقطاع تأجير السيارات سجلت خلال الربع الأول من 2025 أكثر من 1526947 عقدا لعمليات تأجير السيارات في المملكة.
وكانت الهيئة قد أقرت اعتماداً بالعمل الإلكتروني الموحد واقتصار إصدار جميع عقود تأجير السيارات على خدمة «تأجير» عبر بوابة «نقل» الإلكترونية بدءا من 2022.
وسجلت العقود الإلكترونية الموحدة لقطاع تأجير السيارات التي أُصدرت، ارتفاعاً بنسبة 22% مقارنة بالربع الأول من العام الماضي؛ ما يعكس الطلب المتزايد على خدمات تأجير السيارات في المملكة خلال الأشهر الماضية.
وأوضحت الهيئة العامة للنقل أن العقد الإلكتروني الموحد لتأجير السيارات يتضمن العديد من المزايا، ويسهم في الحفاظ على حقوق المؤجر والمستأجر ويحد من النزاعات بينهما، ويعد عنصراً مهمّاً في رفع جودة الخدمات والمتطلبات الفنية في سيارات التأجير المستخدمة، إضافة إلى أنه يساعد في تسهيل عمليات تأجير السيارات بين المؤجر والمستأجر؛ ما يعزز كفاءة وتنافسية هذا القطاع بالمملكة.
ودعت الهيئة العامة للنقل المنشآت المرخصة في نشاط تأجير السيارات إلى الاستفادة من خدمات «تأجير» عبر موقع بوابة «نقل» من خلال الرابط: https://tajeer.tga.gov.sa/#/

The General Transport Authority announced today that the unified electronic contracts for the car rental sector recorded more than 1,526,947 contracts for car rental operations in the Kingdom during the first quarter of 2025.
The Authority had approved the reliance on the unified electronic work and limited the issuance of all car rental contracts to the "Tajir" service through the "Naql" electronic portal starting from 2022.
The unified electronic contracts for the car rental sector that were issued showed an increase of 22% compared to the first quarter of last year, reflecting the growing demand for car rental services in the Kingdom over the past months.
The General Transport Authority clarified that the unified electronic contract for car rental includes many advantages, contributes to protecting the rights of both the lessor and the lessee, and reduces disputes between them. It is an important element in enhancing the quality of services and technical requirements in the rental cars used, in addition to facilitating car rental operations between the lessor and the lessee, which enhances the efficiency and competitiveness of this sector in the Kingdom.
