أعلن مركز الإسناد والتصفية «إنفاذ» إقامة 25 مزادا علنيا، بين حضوري وإلكتروني، لتصفية وبيع 178 أصلًا في 11 منطقة من مناطق المملكة، وذلك خلال الفترة من 20 إلى 29 مايو 2025.
وأوضح أن المزادات تُقام في مناطق مختلفة من المملكة، حيث تُنظَّم 6 مزادات في منطقة الرياض لعرض 44 عقارًا، و5 مزادات في منطقة مكة المكرمة لعرض 36 عقارًا، ومزادان في منطقة المدينة المنورة لعرض 16 عقارًا، ومزاد واحد في منطقة القصيم لعرض 8 عقارات، وآخر في منطقة الجوف لعرض 6 عقارات، ومزاد في منطقة الباحة لعرض 7 عقارات، و4 مزادات في المنطقة الشرقية لعرض 18 عقارًا، ومزاد في منطقة الحدود الشمالية لعرض 8 عقارات، كما يُعرض 9 عقارات في مزاد بمنطقة نجران، ومزادان في منطقة حائل لعرض 19 عقارًا، وأخيرًا مزاد في منطقة تبوك لعرض 7 عقارات.
وبيّن «إنفاذ» أن جميع تفاصيل المزادات وشروط المشاركة متاحة عبر صفحة المزادات في موقعه الإلكتروني:www.infath.gov.sa.

The Enforcement and Liquidation Center "Enfath" announced the holding of 25 public auctions, both in-person and electronic, to liquidate and sell 178 assets in 11 regions of the Kingdom, during the period from May 20 to May 29, 2025.
It clarified that the auctions will be held in various regions of the Kingdom, with 6 auctions organized in the Riyadh region to showcase 44 properties, 5 auctions in the Makkah region to showcase 36 properties, 2 auctions in the Madinah region to showcase 16 properties, 1 auction in the Qassim region to showcase 8 properties, another in the Al-Jawf region to showcase 6 properties, and 1 auction in the Al-Baha region to showcase 7 properties. Additionally, 4 auctions will be held in the Eastern region to showcase 18 properties, and 1 auction in the Northern Borders region to showcase 8 properties. Furthermore, 9 properties will be showcased in an auction in the Najran region, 2 auctions in the Ha'il region to showcase 19 properties, and finally, 1 auction in the Tabuk region to showcase 7 properties.
