كشف التقرير السنوي لبرنامج التحول الوطني (اطلعت «عكاظ» عليه)، تجاوز 62 مؤشراً لمستهدفاتها بنهاية عام 2024، من أصل 80 مؤشراً تم الإعلان عنها، فيما حققت ستة مؤشرات مستوياتها المستهدفة للفترة ذاتها، وتبقت تسعة مؤشرات حالياً معظمها اقتربت من تحقيق المستهدف لها.
وكانت من أبرز المؤشرات التي تم تجاوزها: نسبة النساء في المناصب الإدارية (المتوسطة والعليا) لتصل إلى 44.1%، وحصة المرأة في سوق العمل (من القوى العاملة) 35.5%، ونسبة العاملين من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة القادرين على العمل إلى 13.9%، ونسبة المنشآت الصناعية المرخصة بيئياً، وعدد الجهات الوزارية التي طبقت التحول لإدارة الأداء الوظيفي، ونسبة الأدوية الأساسية المتوفرة في السوق المحلية، ونسبة مساهمة القطاع الخاص من إجمالي الإنفاق الاجتماعي، ونسبة الشركات الكبرى التي تقدم برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ومؤشر رضا المستفيدين من خدمات المنظمات غير الربحية، ونسبة النمو في عدد المنظمات غير الربحية، ونسبة العاملين في القطاع غير الربحي من إجمالي القوى العاملة، وبلغت قيمة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر 96 مليار ريال، ووصول نسبة الإيرادات الخارجية لشركات البرنامج الكبرى الرائدة من إجمالي إيراداتها 34.41% فيما كانت النسبة المستهدفة سابقاً 25%.
وبحسب أحدث تقارير رؤية السعودية 2030، تم تحقيق ثمانية مستهدفات قبل أوانها بستة أعوام، بينما 85% من المبادرات إما أنجزت أو تمضي وفق المخطط الزمني المعتمد، واكتملت 674 مبادرة بين 1502 مبادرة مدرجة، فيما تسير 596 مبادرة على المسار الصحيح.
أما مؤشرات الرؤية للبرامج والإستراتيجيات الوطنية، فنحو 93% منها حققت مستهدفاتها المرحلية أو تجاوزتها أو قاربت على تحقيقها، وتخطت 257 مؤشراً من مؤشرات الرؤية مستهدفها السنوي، فيما حققت 18 مؤشراً مستهدفاتها.

The annual report of the National Transformation Program (which "Okaz" reviewed) revealed that 62 indicators of its targets were exceeded by the end of 2024, out of a total of 80 indicators announced. Six indicators achieved their targeted levels for the same period, while nine indicators currently remain, most of which are close to achieving their targets.
Among the most notable indicators that were exceeded are: the percentage of women in administrative positions (middle and senior) reaching 44.1%, the share of women in the labor market (from the workforce) at 35.5%, the percentage of workers with disabilities who are capable of working at 13.9%, the percentage of environmentally licensed industrial establishments, the number of ministerial entities that implemented the transformation for performance management, the percentage of essential medicines available in the local market, the percentage of private sector contribution to total social spending, the percentage of large companies offering social responsibility programs, the satisfaction index of beneficiaries of non-profit organizations' services, the growth rate in the number of non-profit organizations, the percentage of workers in the non-profit sector from the total workforce, the value of foreign direct investment flows reached 96 billion riyals, and the percentage of external revenues of the leading major companies in the program from their total revenues reached 34.41%, while the previously targeted percentage was 25%.
According to the latest reports of Saudi Vision 2030, eight targets were achieved ahead of schedule by six years, while 85% of the initiatives have either been completed or are progressing according to the approved timeline. A total of 674 initiatives have been completed out of 1502 listed initiatives, while 596 initiatives are on the right track.
