دشن وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد الحقيل، بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي لـNHC الأستاذ محمد البطي، والرئيس التنفيذي لـNHC Innovation المهندس ريان العقل، مدينة «خزام ديجيتال فالي» المدينة المتكاملة والمتخصصة في مراكز البيانات والتقنيات الرقمية ضمن وجهة خزام، وذلك خلال حفل افتتاح منتدى مستقبل العقار.
وتعد المدينة أحد المحاور الرئيسة في إستراتيجية NHC لتوسيع استثماراتها في البنية التحتية الرقمية وصناعة التطوير العقاري المتقدم المعتمد على التقنية، حيث تقود NHC Innovation تطوير المشروع وتنفيذه.
وقال الأستاذ محمد البطي الرئيس التنفيذي لـNHC: «يمثل خزام ديجيتال فالي خطوة إستراتيجية لتسريع طموحات المملكة في الاقتصاد الرقمي وتعزيز مكانتها كمركز عالمي للبنية التحتية الرقمية، مع تحقيق قيمة طويلة الأمد تتماشى مع مستهدفات التحول الوطني».
ويمتد «خزام ديجيتال فالي» على مساحة تقارب 200,000 متر مربع، ويوفر حلولاً عقارية متكاملة مصممة لتلبية الطلب المتنامي على مراكز البيانات والبنية التحتية الرقمية. كما صُممت المدينة لتكون منظومة متخصصة تستهدف مشغلي مراكز البيانات، وشركات الحوسبة السحابية والذكاء الاصطناعي، ومزودي خدمات الاتصالات، وشركات التقنية المتقدمة.
ومن جهته، علّق المهندس ريان العقل، الرئيس التنفيذي لـNHC Innovation، قائلاً: «من خلال خزام ديجيتال فالي، تقدم NHC Innovation منظومة مستقبلية جاهزة تدعم عمليات رقمية قابلة للتوسع وذات موثوقية عالية ومستدامة، بما يعزز موقع المشروع كمنصة للنمو القائم على الابتكار».
ويقدم المشروع منظومة بنية تحتية متكاملة تشمل الطاقة والخدمات الرقمية والهندسية والمرافق، مدعومة بشبكات اتصالات عالية الاعتمادية، وأراضٍ مطورة وجاهزة للبناء وفق أعلى معايير الأمن والسلامة. ومن المتوقع أن يسهم «خزام ديجيتال فالي» في دعم الاقتصاد الرقمي الوطني، وتنويع فرص الاستثمار العقاري المتخصص، وخلق أدوار إضافية في قطاع التقنية، واستقطاب الاستثمارات المحلية والعالمية ضمن بيئة أعمال مهيأة ومخصصة.
ودعت NHC Innovation المستثمرين والجهات العاملة في مجالات التقنية ومراكز البيانات والطاقة والاتصالات والاستثمار العقاري المتخصص إلى الانضمام إلى مشروع «خزام ديجيتال فالي» والمشاركة في بناء مدينة رقمية مستقبلية تمثل منصة استثمارية واعدة على مستوى المنطقة.
The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid Al-Huqail, inaugurated the "Khuzaam Digital Valley," a comprehensive city specialized in data centers and digital technologies within the Khuzaam destination, in the presence of the CEO of NHC, Mr. Mohammed Al-Batti, and the CEO of NHC Innovation, Engineer Rayan Al-Aql, during the opening ceremony of the Future Real Estate Forum.
The city is one of the main pillars in NHC's strategy to expand its investments in digital infrastructure and advanced technology-driven real estate development, with NHC Innovation leading the project's development and implementation.
Mr. Mohammed Al-Batti, CEO of NHC, stated: "Khuzaam Digital Valley represents a strategic step to accelerate the Kingdom's ambitions in the digital economy and enhance its position as a global hub for digital infrastructure, while achieving long-term value that aligns with the objectives of the National Transformation Program."
Khuzaam Digital Valley spans an area of approximately 200,000 square meters and provides integrated real estate solutions designed to meet the growing demand for data centers and digital infrastructure. The city is designed to be a specialized ecosystem targeting data center operators, cloud computing and artificial intelligence companies, telecommunications service providers, and advanced technology firms.
For his part, Engineer Rayan Al-Aql, CEO of NHC Innovation, commented: "Through Khuzaam Digital Valley, NHC Innovation offers a future-ready ecosystem that supports scalable and highly reliable digital operations, enhancing the project's position as a platform for innovation-driven growth."
