كشفت بيانات البنك المركزي السعودي «ساما»، عن ارتفاع القروض المقدمة للأفراد في السعودية خلال الثمانية أشهر الأولى من عام 2026 بواقع 10.14 مليار دولار (38.01 مليار ريال)، وذلك بعد ارتفاعها بنسبة 2.65% مقارنة مع قيمتها في نهاية العام الماضي.
قيمة القروض التراكمية
وبحسب البيانات، وصلت قيمة القروض التراكمية للأفراد، والتي تتضمن جميع أنواع القروض المقدمة للأفراد بالمملكة، إلى أكثر من 392.54 مليار دولار (1.472 تريليون ريال) بنهاية شهر أغسطس 2026، وهو أعلى مستوى تاريخي تصل إليه، مقابل 382.4 مليار دولار (1.434 تريليون ريال) في نهاية ديسمبر من عام 2025. وعلى أساس سنوي، ارتفعت قروض الأفراد التراكمية بالسعودية بنهاية أغسطس 2026 بنسبة 3.85% مقارنة مع قيمتها البالغة 377.98 مليار دولار (1.417 تريليون ريال) في الشهر نفسه من العام الماضي.
حجم الائتمان المصرفي
وواصلت قروض الأفراد بالمملكة ارتفاعها بنهاية أغسطس الماضي للشهر الرابع عشر على التوالي، حيث زادت على أساس شهري بنحو 0.4% مقارنة مع قيمتها في يوليو الماضي والبالغة 390.88 مليار دولار (1.466 تريليون ريال). وتمثل قروض الأفراد 42.49% من إجمالي حجم الائتمان المصرفي بالسعودية بنهاية شهر أغسطس 2026. وبلغ حجم الائتمان المصرفي في المملكة 923.86 مليار دولار (3.464 تريليون ريال) بنهاية أغسطس 2026، مقابل 863.35 مليار دولار (3.237 تريليون ريال) في الشهر المماثل من العام الماضي، ليزيد بنسبة 7%. وبلغ الائتمان المصرفي بنهاية يوليو الماضي نحو 915.68 مليار دولار (3.434 تريليون ريال)، ليزيد في أغسطس بنسبة 0.9% على أساس شهري.
توزيع الائتمان المصرفي بالمملكة
ويتوزع الائتمان المصرفي بالمملكة بنهاية أغسطس على ائتمان طويل الأجل (أكثر من 3 سنوات) بإجمالي 440.73 مليار دولار (1.653 تريليون ريال)، وائتمان متوسط الأجل (1 – 3 سنوات) بقيمة 125.9 مليار دولار (472.15 مليار ريال)، وائتمان قصير الأجل (أقل من سنة) بواقع 357.22 مليار دولار (1.339 تريليون ريال). يذكر أن القروض العقارية المقدمة للأفراد بالسعودية من المصارف التجارية قد وصلت إلى 198.12 مليار دولار (742.95 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2026. وبلغ حجم التمويل العقاري السكني الجديد للأفراد المقدم من المصارف بالمملكة في الأشهر الثمانية الأولى من عام 2026 نحو 11.7 مليار دولار (43.89 مليار ريال).

Cumulative Loan Value
According to the data, the cumulative value of loans to individuals, which includes all types of loans granted to individuals in the Kingdom, reached over $392.54 billion (1.472 trillion riyals) by the end of August 2026, marking the highest historical level it has reached, compared to $382.4 billion (1.434 trillion riyals) at the end of December 2025. Year-on-year, cumulative loans to individuals in Saudi Arabia increased by 3.85% by the end of August 2026 compared to their value of $377.98 billion (1.417 trillion riyals) in the same month of the previous year.
Size of Bank Credit
Loans to individuals in the Kingdom continued to rise by the end of August for the fourteenth consecutive month, increasing by approximately 0.4% month-on-month compared to their value in July, which was $390.88 billion (1.466 trillion riyals). Loans to individuals represent 42.49% of the total size of bank credit in Saudi Arabia by the end of August 2026. The total bank credit in the Kingdom reached $923.86 billion (3.464 trillion riyals) by the end of August 2026, compared to $863.35 billion (3.237 trillion riyals) in the same month of the previous year, marking an increase of 7%. Bank credit at the end of July was approximately $915.68 billion (3.434 trillion riyals), increasing by 0.9% month-on-month in August.
Distribution of Bank Credit in the Kingdom
The distribution of bank credit in the Kingdom by the end of August includes long-term credit (more than 3 years) totaling $440.73 billion (1.653 trillion riyals), medium-term credit (1-3 years) valued at $125.9 billion (472.15 billion riyals), and short-term credit (less than a year) amounting to $357.22 billion (1.339 trillion riyals). It is noteworthy that the real estate loans granted to individuals in Saudi Arabia by commercial banks reached $198.12 billion (742.95 billion riyals) by the end of the second quarter of 2026. The volume of new residential mortgage financing for individuals provided by banks in the Kingdom in the first eight months of 2026 was approximately $11.7 billion (43.89 billion riyals).
