شهد سوق الأسهم السعودية خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى 2026، تنفيذ 2,063 صفقة خاصة بقيمة إجمالية بلغت نحو 23.6 مليار ريال، شملت أسهم 232 شركة، و12 صندوقاً عقارياً متداولاً.
وتفصيلًا لعدد الصفقات التي تمت على أسهم الشركات، تم تنفيذ 1,998 صفقة خاصة، بلغ حجمها نحو 670.5 مليون سهم، وبقيمة إجمالية بلغت نحو 23.3 مليار ريال، وذلك استناداً إلى بيانات السوق المالية تداول، ونشرته مواقع إخبارية.
الصفقات الخاصة على أسهم الشركات
وعلى مستوى الأشهر، تصدر مارس من حيث قيمة الصفقات الخاصة على أسهم الشركات، بقيمة بلغت نحو 4.57 مليار ريال، فيما تصدر يونيو من حيث كمية الأسهم بنحو 103.5 مليون سهم، وكان مايو الأعلى من حيث عدد الصفقات بواقع 321 صفقة خاصة.
واستحوذت أكبر خمس شركات من حيث قيمة الصفقات الخاصة على نحو 8.7 مليار ريال، بما يمثل نحو 37% من إجمالي قيمة الصفقات الخاصة على أسهم الشركات خلال الفترة، فيما بلغت قيمة أكبر 10 شركات من حيث قيمة الصفقات الخاصة نحو 11.98 مليار ريال، أي ما يعادل نحو 51% من الإجمالي.
The Saudi stock market witnessed the execution of 2,063 special transactions during the first nine months of 2026, with a total value of approximately 23.6 billion riyals, including shares from 232 companies and 12 traded real estate funds.
In detail regarding the number of transactions executed on company shares, 1,998 special transactions were carried out, amounting to approximately 670.5 million shares, with a total value of about 23.3 billion riyals, based on data from the financial market Tadawul, as reported by news websites.
Special transactions on company shares
On a monthly basis, March topped the list in terms of the value of special transactions on company shares, with a value of approximately 4.57 billion riyals, while June led in terms of the quantity of shares with about 103.5 million shares, and May had the highest number of transactions with 321 special transactions.
The top five companies in terms of the value of special transactions accounted for about 8.7 billion riyals, representing approximately 37% of the total value of special transactions on company shares during the period, while the value of the top 10 companies in terms of special transaction value reached about 11.98 billion riyals, equivalent to around 51% of the total.
