كشفت بيانات البنك المركزي السعودي «ساما» لشهر أغسطس 2026 عن ارتفاع صافي الموجودات الأجنبية لدى البنك المركزي بنسبة 7.2% على أساس سنوي، ليصل إلى نحو 1.74 تريليون ريال، فيما تراجع بنحو 0.3% على أساس شهري مقارنة بيوليو الماضي.
وفي القطاع المصرفي، ارتفعت مطلوبات المصارف من القطاع الخاص إلى نحو 3.29 تريليون ريال في أغسطس، مسجلة نمواً بنحو 0.9% على أساس شهري و6% على أساس سنوي.
ارتفاع إجمالي القروض العقارية
وبلغ إجمالي موجودات البنك المركزي السعودي نحو 1.94 تريليون ريال في أغسطس الماضي، ليستقر تقريباً دون تغير على أساس شهري، بينما سجل انخفاضاً بنحو 2.1% على أساس سنوي.
وفي سوق التمويل العقاري، ارتفع إجمالي القروض العقارية المقدمة من المصارف التجارية للأفراد والشركات إلى نحو 979.7 مليار ريال في الربع الثاني من 2026، بنمو 5.3% على أساس سنوي مقارنة بالربع الثاني من 2025.
أما التمويل العقاري السكني الجديد للأفراد المقدم من المصارف، فسجل نحو 5.9 مليار ريال خلال أغسطس 2026، بارتفاع طفيف بلغ نحو 0.1% على أساس سنوي مقارنة بأغسطس من العام الماضي.
The data from the Saudi Central Bank "SAMA" for August 2026 revealed a 7.2% year-on-year increase in net foreign assets at the central bank, reaching approximately 1.74 trillion riyals, while it decreased by about 0.3% month-on-month compared to July.
In the banking sector, the banks' claims on the private sector rose to about 3.29 trillion riyals in August, recording a growth of approximately 0.9% month-on-month and 6% year-on-year.
Increase in Total Real Estate Loans
The total assets of the Saudi Central Bank reached about 1.94 trillion riyals in August, remaining almost unchanged month-on-month, while it recorded a decrease of about 2.1% year-on-year.
In the real estate financing market, the total real estate loans provided by commercial banks to individuals and companies rose to about 979.7 billion riyals in the second quarter of 2026, growing by 5.3% year-on-year compared to the second quarter of 2025.
As for new residential real estate financing for individuals provided by banks, it recorded about 5.9 billion riyals during August 2026, with a slight increase of about 0.1% year-on-year compared to August of last year.
