أعلنت شركة «فلاي دبي» تعليق رحلاتها من وإلى إسرائيل بشكل مؤقت، على خلفية الحادث الذي تعرضت له الرحلة FZ1073 أمس الأربعاء، فيما تتواصل التحقيقات للوقوف على ملابساته.
وأوضحت الناقلة أن قرار التعليق جاء بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، لإتاحة الوقت أمام الجهات المختصة لاستكمال التحقيقات والتحقق من تفاصيل الحادث وأسبابه.
وأكدت «فلاي دبي» أن سلامة المسافرين وأفراد الأطقم تمثل أولوية قصوى، مشددة على تعاونها الكامل مع الجهات التي تتولى التحقيق، والتزامها بمعايير السلامة والأمن المعتمدة في عملياتها.
وأشارت إلى استمرار التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية ومشغلي المطارات، لافتة إلى أن قرار استئناف الرحلات سيُراجع في ضوء المعلومات والنتائج التي ستتوفر خلال الفترة المقبلة.
وقدمت الناقلة اعتذارها للمسافرين الذين تأثرت خطط سفرهم جراء التعليق، مؤكدة العمل على تقديم الدعم اللازم لهم، بما في ذلك توفير خيارات سفر بديلة متى أمكن.
Flydubai announced the temporary suspension of its flights to and from Israel, following the incident involving flight FZ1073 yesterday, Wednesday, while investigations continue to clarify the circumstances surrounding the event.
The airline explained that the decision to suspend flights was made in coordination with the relevant authorities, to allow time for the competent bodies to complete their investigations and verify the details and causes of the incident.
Flydubai emphasized that the safety of passengers and crew members is a top priority, stressing its full cooperation with the authorities conducting the investigation and its commitment to the safety and security standards adopted in its operations.
It noted that coordination with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and airport operators is ongoing, indicating that the decision to resume flights will be reviewed in light of the information and results that will be available in the coming period.
The airline apologized to passengers whose travel plans were affected by the suspension, confirming that it is working to provide the necessary support to them, including offering alternative travel options whenever possible.
