بعد سنوات من الاختفاء والفرار من العدالة، أسدلت الشرطة القضائية بمدينة الدار البيضاء الستار على فصل من قضية جنائية تعود إلى عام 2021، بعدما تمكنت من توقيف امرأة يُشتبه في تورطها في وفاة فتاة إثر سقوطها من نافذة شقة سكنية، عقب خلاف تطور إلى اشتباك بين الطرفين.
وتمكنت عناصر الشرطة القضائية من توقيف المشتبه فيها بأحد شوارع منطقة البرنوصي بمدينة الدار البيضاء، وذلك في إطار العمليات الأمنية المتواصلة لتوقيف الأشخاص المبحوث عنهم في قضايا جنائية وجنحية، تحت إشراف مسؤولي ولاية أمن الدار البيضاء، ووفق تعليمات المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني.
وجاء توقيف المتهمة بعد تحريات أمنية أسفرت عن تحديد مكان اختفائها، حيث جرى نصب كمين أمني أفضى إلى ضبطها في أحد الشوارع العمومية، بعد سنوات من التخفي ومحاولات الإفلات من الملاحقة، في ظل صدور مذكرة بحث وطنية بحقها.
وتعود وقائع القضية إلى عام 2021، حين اندلع خلاف حاد بين الضحية والمشتبه فيها داخل شقة سكنية كانت تستغلها الأخيرة، قبل أن يتطور الخلاف إلى مشاجرة واشتباك بالأيدي.
وبحسب المعطيات المتداولة حول القضية، أقدمت المشتبه فيها خلال المشاجرة على دفع الضحية باتجاه نافذة كانت تقف بالقرب منها، ما أدى إلى سقوطها من علو وإصابتها بجروح وكسور بالغة الخطورة، وسط حالة من الصدمة بين سكان المنطقة.
ونُقلت الضحية على وجه السرعة إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج، غير أن خطورة الإصابات التي تعرضت لها حالت دون إنقاذها، حيث فارقت الحياة بعد أيام متأثرة بجروحها.
وخلال التحقيقات التي أعقبت الواقعة، أشارت شاهدة إلى مسؤولية المشتبه فيها عن دفع الضحية من نافذة الشقة، فيما تمت متابعة الشاهدة في حالة اعتقال، وانتهت القضية بإدانتها بالحبس، في الوقت الذي تمكنت فيه المتهمة الرئيسية من الفرار ومغادرة مكان إقامتها، قبل أن تظل موضوع مذكرة بحث وطنية لسنوات.
وبعد توقيفها أخيراً، جرى تقديم المشتبه فيها في حالة اعتقال أمام الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بالدار البيضاء، الذي أمر بإيداعها سجن عكاشة الخاص بالنساء، في انتظار استكمال الأبحاث والإجراءات القضائية المتعلقة بهذه القضية.
After years of hiding and fleeing from justice, the judicial police in Casablanca have closed a chapter of a criminal case dating back to 2021, after managing to arrest a woman suspected of being involved in the death of a girl who fell from a window of an apartment, following a dispute that escalated into a physical altercation between the two parties.
The judicial police were able to arrest the suspect in one of the streets of the Bernoussi area in Casablanca, as part of ongoing security operations to apprehend individuals wanted in criminal and misdemeanor cases, under the supervision of the Casablanca Security Directorate officials, and according to the instructions of the General Directorate of National Security.
The arrest of the accused came after security investigations led to the identification of her hiding place, where a security ambush was set up that resulted in her being caught in a public street, after years of evasion and attempts to escape prosecution, amid the issuance of a national search warrant against her.
The events of the case date back to 2021, when a heated argument broke out between the victim and the suspect inside an apartment that the latter was occupying, before the dispute escalated into a brawl and a physical fight.
According to the information circulating about the case, the suspect during the altercation pushed the victim towards a window that she was standing near, which led to her falling from a height and sustaining severe injuries and fractures, amidst a state of shock among the residents of the area.
The victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment; however, the severity of her injuries prevented her from being saved, as she passed away days later due to her wounds.
During the investigations that followed the incident, a witness indicated the suspect's responsibility for pushing the victim from the apartment window, while the witness was prosecuted and convicted to imprisonment, at a time when the main accused managed to flee and leave her residence, before remaining subject to a national search warrant for years.
After her recent arrest, the suspect was presented in custody before the public prosecutor at the Casablanca Court of Appeal, who ordered her to be placed in the women’s prison of Oukacha, pending the completion of investigations and judicial procedures related to this case.
