استعرضت شركة مشارق خلال ملتقى «ركيزة»، الذي أقيم في مكة المكرمة، مسيرة خمسة أعوام من العمل في منظومة خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وما شهدته من تطور في القدرات التشغيلية والحوكمة والخدمات المرتبطة بقطاعات الحج والعمرة والضيافة، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
وأكد نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مشارق المشرف العام على الملتقى محمود بن عقيل دمنهوري أن المرحلة الماضية شهدت تحولات في منظومة العمل وتطويراً للقدرات التشغيلية، مشيراً إلى أهمية مواصلة رفع كفاءة الخدمات وتعزيز التكامل بما يخدم ضيوف الرحمن.
وجاء الملتقى بعنوان «خمسة أعوام كانت ركيزة لبناء مستقبل مشرق»، بحضور المساهمين وعدد من الشخصيات، وشهد استعراض أبرز محطات مسيرة مشارق خلال الفترة من 1443هـ إلى 1448هـ، إلى جانب مناقشة المرحلة المقبلة من خلال عدد من الجلسات الحوارية.
وتناول الملتقى عدداً من الموضوعات المرتبطة بالتحول والتطوير، من بينها التمويل والنمو وصناعة القرار ومستقبل العمل، إضافة إلى استعراض عدد من مشروعات وأصول الشركة.
كما شهدت المناسبة احتفاءً باليوم الوطني السعودي الـ96، من خلال برنامج خاص عكس الاعتزاز بالوطن وما تشهده المملكة من مسيرة تنموية في مختلف المجالات.
وتأتي جهود تطوير الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن ضمن منظومة وطنية متكاملة تشهد اهتماماً متزايداً، في إطار رؤية المملكة 2030 التي جعلت الارتقاء بتجربة الحاج والمعتمر وتيسير أداء المناسك وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة لهم من أبرز مستهدفاتها.
وأكدت مشارق مواصلة العمل على تطوير منظومة الخدمات ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية، بما يسهم في دعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى الارتقاء بخدمة ضيوف الرحمن وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
Mashariq Company showcased during the "Rakeezah" forum, held in Mecca, a journey of five years of work in the system of serving the guests of the Most Merciful, highlighting the developments in operational capabilities, governance, and services related to the sectors of Hajj, Umrah, and hospitality, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guest of the Most Merciful Service Program.
The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mashariq and the General Supervisor of the forum, Mahmoud bin Aqil Damnahouri, confirmed that the past phase witnessed transformations in the work system and the development of operational capabilities, pointing out the importance of continuing to enhance service efficiency and promote integration to serve the guests of the Most Merciful.
The forum was titled "Five Years Were a Foundation for Building a Bright Future," attended by stakeholders and several personalities, and featured a review of the key milestones of Mashariq's journey during the period from 1443 AH to 1448 AH, in addition to discussing the upcoming phase through several dialogue sessions.
The forum addressed several topics related to transformation and development, including financing, growth, decision-making, and the future of work, in addition to showcasing several projects and assets of the company.
The event also celebrated the 96th Saudi National Day through a special program that reflected pride in the homeland and the developmental journey the Kingdom is experiencing in various fields.
The efforts to develop the services provided to the guests of the Most Merciful are part of an integrated national system that is witnessing increasing attention, within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030, which has made enhancing the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, facilitating the performance of rituals, and improving the quality of services provided to them among its primary objectives.
Mashariq confirmed its commitment to continue working on developing the service system and enhancing operational efficiency, contributing to supporting national efforts aimed at elevating the service to the guests of the Most Merciful and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
